AC went out on a Saturday, going to be over 110 all weekend and Monday's a holiday. Lady in the office said she wouldn't call the manager or maintenance cause they won't do anything till Tuesday. Now myself, my wife, and our two little girls have to go without. Horrible service and uncompassionate staff. Don't move here unless you are beyond desperate.

This place is old and they do not keep up with it! Playground for the kids is dirty and unsafe, pool area has old rusty chairs, they have two tennis courts and one has a ripped net and the other no net at all. Laundry rooms are DIRTY and staff does not keep up with it, you have to call in everything to the main company. I’ve been asking for over a year now for a control to the parking gate and they say they never have any. Staff is rude when you go in to the office. Cats everywhere! And skunks as well!

The amount of packages I’ve gotten stolen here is insane. It’s a big hassle having to send to friends or pickup boxes, so be prepared for that if you move in to the first floor. Just recently a neighbor had his exhaust cut and stolen. This isn’t the landlords fault, but be aware this is a high theft area. Skunks will hang out on your porch at night. And while they advertise these as not having any noise issues, the walls are absolutely thin and you will hear everything. This isn’t the worst because most of the time the neighborhood is quiet, but once your neighbors start having casual conversation, you can hear everything they are saying. One positive is that maintenance has been pretty responsive whenever I’ve had an issue. Rent is relatively cheap but you aren’t getting a bargain or anything, you’re definitely getting what you pay for. A livable apartment in a somewhat unsafe area with quite a few quality of life issues.

Giggers of the Inland Empire, approach this apartment complex prepared for the worst but optimistic. In fact, in my experience both as a gig worker and as a Domino's delivery driver, my ratio at this complex is about 7 to 10 or 70% tip to stiff customers.

I am an open and a strong supporter and very proud supporter of the "NO TIP NO TRIP" policy.

The person who answers the phone is rude, refuses to answer questions on applications, gets easily frustrated and will hang up in your face. Not professional, very lazy.

I really like the staff. I needed to move into the area 3 months ago and Sue helped me through the process. The area isn’t terrible. I think that the gate keeps unwanted visitors out. My only complain is the washers and dryers. They need to be updated. Other than that is has been pleasant to live here so far. I haven’t had any issues living here.

DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT move in to these apartments. Rude staff, washers and dryers always break down, takes forever to fix things, ceilings leak when it rains, pools been closed for idk how long and their excuse is "chlorine shortage" lol All they want is your money. I was there for years so dont let their "initial kindness" fool you. I lived there for 5+ years and i dont want anyone else to get played. Plenty of better apartments. Lack of security as well. Cars are always getting broken into. Look elsewhere

I have lived here for over 3 years now and we love it here! Trust me I have kids and wouldn't want to live in an unsafe area but this place has been amazing to us. Pet lovers would love these apartments because yes we have stray cats but they are all friendly and taken care of. And yes we have skunks but they are so adorable! As long as you leave them alone everything will be just fine they are more scared of you than you are of them. This complex is just like any other you have your grumpy neighbors and you have your nice ones but everyone stays to themselves and no one gets in anyone's business. We have doctors and deputies living here and they love it. I am going to be very sad leaving this place my kids see this place as their home but we eventually plan to get home. So far as for it being our first home on our own it was been and always will be amazing.

The owner of the ranch Kim is the most great felt, caring and kind hearted person I have ever met! She takes care of my horses while I am not there like they are her own. She took care of my sick horse by checking on him every hour of the days and stood in his stall holding the hay to try to get him to eat which he did She cried with me the day he passed away but he was at the best home ever for his ending days I will never leave this ranch since I have never boarded anywhere where the owner is like this!

I’ve called this place twice now and every time I give them my name which is a very traditional Mexican American name the lady refuses to give me her name and she tends to hang up on me when I’m asking Further questions regarding to the apartment she tells me that there is a long list making it seem like it’s difficult to even apply. Very bad customer service and bias.

My friend applied there.she said the staff were mostly nice to her except for a few times when one of them was a little rude to her on the phone, which is not a big deal.

The apartments are old and needs some serious updates. Again, not a big deal.

The issue is, they tell you one thing and do another with the excuse of they have too many applicants. According to them, they have over 20 applicants a day, so give up because your chances of renting there is very very slim to none.

They also change their qualification requirements depending on their volume of applicants. They told my friend one requirement, which she met when she applied, almost two months ago, and made her believe that she has a very good chance of renting there because they had lots of units to rent. However, when she last called to check her status, they told her that they changed their qualifications. If you ask me, that does not seem right; it seems very shady (I think their sudden mid-application qualification change may be against fair housing laws, but I am not sure. You will have to research that).

They did not call my friend to give her any updates on her application. She said she was the one calling them and, each time, they told her that they will review her application and get back to her. They never reviewed her application, and they rented out all the available units.

She said no one called her to let her know that the units were rented or if her application was denied. She only found out after calling them for what sounded to me like the hundredth time that all the units were rented and her application is most likely denied at the moment because of the high volume of applicants and their shady sudden mid-application qualification requirements change, but will be kept on file just in case they have low applicant volume in the future and they decide to go back to their original qualification requirements.

My friend makes a lot of money and has a very good credit score.she could have rented anywhere, but chose this location because it is close to her job, even though I told her I did not like the building because the area is not safe.

Now we have to help her find a better place that is close to her job and has available units in just two weeks. Wish us luck.
