This review is for the excellent help I got from Randy. It was a weekend, it was raining like crazy and less than an hour after I called, Randy was at my door. He fixed my sink and was so kind. Great service like this really does make a difference. Thank you!

We love Country Oaks as recent residents! We're especially impressed by Carlos, who helps with anything we've needed fixed or any issue we have on the property. He and Gerry just helped us install our new washer-dryer and have helped with any other issues quickly, efficiently and with total expertise. There is amazing service when anything needs fixing - Carlos and Gerry thank you! And thank you country oaks - beautiful, safe, idyllic property expertly run near great schools. Our family couldn't be happier.

Carlos was great! He is very friendly and efficient. He had our minor repairs done within an hour of sending a request. Can’t ask for more than that!

I must say that his professionalism, friendly demeanor, his expertise and dedication to his work were exceptional. Carlos went above and beyond to ensure that all our maintenance needs were met efficiently and effectively. He swiftly diagnosed the issue and provided a detailed explanation of what needed to be done to resolve it.

Carlos is amazing. Whenever I need help he always comes to help. He cleaned my dishwasher. He is very polite and very professional. I love this property and their services.

I want to give a shout out to Carlos Fletes and Gerardo Aleman, our new service team. We've had a few issues including a poorly working AC unit. Both have gone above and beyond responding quickly (often within the hour) and handling our requests to our complete satisfaction! We love our new AC, it's quiet and effectively uses half the electricity from the unit we had before. Thank you, Carlos & Gerardo!

This review is for maintenance team member Carlos. Carlos is always very pleasant and he does a thorough job when there are repairs to be made. He is meticulous and always confirms with me if I’m satisfied with the work performed. He is very good at what he does and doesn’t cut corners. Mostly- because of his skill set, the repairs get done in a timely and perfect fashion. Appreciate the hard work from Carlos!

I've lived in Country Oaks for over two years, my AC died last night. I called at 8AM to the main line and five minutes later Carlos Fletes stopped over. He had a great attitude and was super professional and he literally got my AC fixed in 20 minutes. So appreciative!
I don't write reviews ever, however, Carlos is a rockstar.

We have lived here for almost a decade. The friendly neighbors, nearby walking paths and proximity to the schools make it a great fit for us. Throughout the pandemic and since then there have been a few hiccups with maintenance issues but with a quick call to Marisa those things get quickly attended to. She definitely makes it nice to live here, she is very helpful, quick to get answers to questions and accommodating with special requests. She is definitely an asset to your management team here in Oak Park.
