EXTREMELY UNHAPPY RESIDENT! Very loud place to live from the chaos of the upstairs neighbor to the gang member across the way yelling at his wife, oh and, lets not forget the drunk lady on the other side yelling at 1am. Buildings are old and insolation seems nonexistent because you can hear every step slam bang thud crash scream all the time day in and day out. Shameful, my right to peaceful living is shattered and i would not recommend these apartments to my worst enemy.
