9This place damages compact vehicles and smaller vehicles not sure about trucks but I've been going for 1year and eventually popped off my taillight cover and was is the process of breaking my driver side mirror I had to stop before it ripped it off. Be vary cautious about this car wash. THEY ARE NOT LIABLE FOR DAMAGES. SAVE YOUR CAR
For a mostly automated car wash, the guys do a great pre-scrub, so my black car comes out very nice.
I have a membership for this car wash since it opened. It always had nice workers with great customer service until Wednesday October 11,2023 this MANAGER had to be a jerk. Very rude and so rude I canceled my membership and my will cancel my husband’s as well. Account for Caples, Tim & April
Seems to be parts of the car wash aren't working half of the time I've been there and they took out the air nozzles by the vacuums but I'm not sure if that has to do with thieves or not so there's that
When this carwash first opened it was GREAT! However, this place has went way downhill in the last year or so. The owners don’t seem to care at all - I know many people who have brought issues to their attention, complained, and written reviews. The Carwash itself does not do a good job at all.
Most of the time the brushes are broken or barely working.
The vacuums barely work.
It’s been this way for a while now.
I just don’t get it. As a business owner you’d think you would want people to be happy with the service you provide.
Easily accessible and the service is fine! I buy 4 washes and get a 5th free on their countryside members' card.
Up until the last 3 times I went, it was great. The last 3 times I visited, one side of the equipment wasn't running. The drivers side barely got touched. When I went yesterday, I asked them if they had fixed it and explained what happened. They used soft bristled brushes and washed my truck before it went through. So it was much better.
They made my paint chip with pressure washer.never called me after like they said they would!
I love the friendly staff as well as the convenience and thoroughness and if you have a different problem with a part of your car or needing something a little extra it doesn't hurt to always ask you never know cuz they are pretty friendly I also love how they have dog treats for your furry Friends. And one of my most favorite things about this is they have a small error nozzle that blows out your vents and small areas which is extremely amazing
