Service is very poor in leasing office, they will never be in the office. I went there two times waited for more than 45 minutes and called them continuously no response. If get in office luckily they will make you to wait for half an hour chit chatting on phone

My name is s White I lived at apartment number 2, I had a amazing stay at Countrywood Apartments, the manager Donna Rivera is extremely NICE easy to talk to FRIENDLY and get things DONE I would recommend anyone I know to stay there, you will not regret it! They take pride in keeping the property very clean manicured and safe.

They kept my deposit check for $600 after i cancelled my application after no one was available for a tour when i booked the appointment.its been 2 months, everytime i call someone says they will look into it and call back but my money has not been returned. I will be filing a report against them

Called beforehand to clarify the details of a 1BD apartment. I was told the rent is $1,908 and the availability is March 29th. Took time off work to come see the place where I learned that the rent is actually higher, the availability is early April and that the person who talked with me didn't know what he talked about.

To summarize, I wasted my time and got nothing in return, because people on the phone aren't informed. Leaving this 1 star won't make that apartment available but it felt wrong to leave this kind of disrespect of potential customer's time as is.
