RUDE EMPLOYEES!

I’m sorry simply no professionalism whatsoever.

I just went there right now and the security guard lady and the asian guy worker were really really rude, especially the lady security guard.she got an attitude for no reason.idc who you are, if you are disrespecting me ill disrespect you.:) if you don’t like your job go find another:)

Supervisor Harris is rude I asked her a question and she is quick to cut you off and give you an attitude for no reason I understand they’re getting a lot of calls right now but that is no reason to respond to people like that if I was able to rate her I’ll give her a 0

They NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE you literally have to wait more than 2 hours for them to answer but if you go in person they're all laughing doing NOTHING

Some of those workers be playing games with people's lives. I noticed a few of the workers we're very rude and have control issues. This ain't the job for you. Your job is process and be professional. If its street party let me know!

Horrible service from the guards nd the lady sheriff takes to long for them to just say no or they don't have it. Very hard to speak to anyone about anything. Just poor service all around

Love my worker Mr. Prom he gets you in N out helps you out with any questions and NEVER loses my paperwork. Now for the healthcare department my whole case was terminated due to proof of employment which I turned in several times and now I have to wait to get help because my appointment is a month away. I have doctor visits this month. What is going on in the back with my perosnal information?

The supervisor and social worker were very rude and also do not gave me an information was requested.
They do not understand that to be polite is part of their job.

I am a single mother
Work full time won't give me food stamps I need help won't give me Medical I'm on prescribed medication. Call to re fill tell me I have. 400 buck Co pay. Wait if my checks are nine somethig. Rent.food.soap wash ect.where do I have 400 bucks to pay for pills? So I have to stay home to get help? This system suck. Alot of the women are low life's don't want jobs not trying but they get 900 food stamps cash medical ad all. So what am I to do? 2nd day without meds. I'ma have to stop working! I need my meds. I can't afford 400 bucks

Don't even deserve 1 star. This is the worst place in the world to seek help for anything. You will regret every second spent in this office. And the security guards take pictures of women and talk about them after they leave. Disgusting perverts.

Is there a half a star or a blank one I can use? This place is by far the WORST no help at all I've been waiting on my cash and NOTHING they want paper after paper and even when they have it in hand they want more I hate coming here

If u dont have an appt Expect to wait forever. If your smart and you make an appt. Youll be in and out QUICK.

Horrible mail box full my worker Martha Gutierrez phone number doesn't exist according too their answering service. Tried to. Call directly since they opened rings but neber answered. Whats really going on here.

They never answer the phone. I walked in just to try it and rudeness. I did an experiment to see if what my friend stated was a fact, and sadly she was correct. Sad how rude customer service is, the social workers as well and all.

Hood rat, they giving u free money. So wait a while smell the urine in the bathroom and get over it. They don't have these types of programs in most of the world. Ur poor u go hungry. End of story.

Been here a few times and the workers are always friendly and professional. Wait times aren't too bad. Haven't had any problems here yet.

I've been there and is all right
I got a complaint about outside the other day I was walking to drop off some paperwork and the lady outside stopped me and was talking about this clinic when all of the sudden this TALL BLACK MAN snatched my gold chain and ran away
All I'm asking is for more security at all times not only inside there's people walking and been in the same or worse situation as me

Horrible staff. Very rude case workers. I wouldn't even give them 1 star. They gave me the run around too many times didn't get my assistance till my third appointment took about 2-3 weeks. My case worker had no idea what she was doing

Why do u have a number that dose not connect to the building.you have two wait until y'all fill the time is right.that's bs
