20I sat on hold for over 4 hours to talk to someone about renewing my benefits but nobody answered the phone so yes makes you wonder where our tax dollars are going.
Ive been trying to reach someone for over 2 weeks. Are there any employees? Im starting to think no one is employed at your office. My foodstamps got cancelled, along with medical. I have a tube in my stomach that I cant even get removed because I dnt have insurance. Can anyone for the love of god, please answer the phone!
I’ve been calling them and they never answer there phone, never return calls. I called right when they open and they still don’t answer. I’ve been down to the building waited three hours to be helped just to not be helped at all. They need to do way better because their customer service is trash. You can’t service a people if you ain’t serving.
Social services are slowly taking American citizens off. They are giving help to all the new people coming to this country. Single moms need help now there taking away my daughter's cash Aid. I keep getting hung up and they said I needed to give them info. They never sent anything but that they were lowering my daughter's food stamps she was only getting 39$ then it went to 20$ I swear on my life that they never mention anything about cash aid until a few days ago telling me they are stopping her cash aid.
Customer service are really poor. Went 2 days straight and waited for hours just to not get any help, needed to get a new ebt card and.need to get customer services cause my card was skimmed. Was sent home for 2 days straight and all they could just say is come back early morning but they don’t know that we all have work and can’t come in the morning like they want us to.
Checked in over 2 hrs.ago sat here waiting, just for them to announce that they close at 5: 00pm and Anyone who hasn't been seen has to come back tomorrow. Wasted my time sitting there to see someone, Only people I seen were the ones waiting to see a worker also. That is so wrong.
They keep on repeating numbers like 4 to 5 times. If they don't come up then skip them. Too many people waiting to get called.
In other places we have seen better service than here, but still thank you for being there
Nice staff. Timely service. Nice facility. Childcare for potty trained children, outdoor area for sitting and nice indoor sitting area. Much better than facilities of the past.
The customer service is very poor here. More than 4 hours of waiting, my health condition went worst as I had strong headaches. I just needed a verification letter and anyone could print that for me as they all have access to the system. The workers at front did not help me and refuse to do so while even he notice my condition went worst. If something happens to me then this worker will be held responsible. Worst customer service ever!
It's impossible to get through on the phone or it's busy. Very slow to do anything.
This is for anyone working as an investigator. I was on food stamps getting$ 70 for my child. I am down to $31 dollars a month. When did the help for single moms struggling go from eligible to not eligible Something is screwed up here. My neighbor who has a child gets $150 for food stamps and she gets about the same money as I do. Something Screwy is going on at the welfare department they should not just be helping refugees they should be helping this country as well or they should take a hike seriously.
Waited two hours because the worker had to reassign me a ticket but gave me the wrong ticket.
Customer service reps are rude on the phone and in person they rush you or don't want to help even the managers are Terrible they need to fire all of those workers and rehire nicer people
Horrible horrible they are slow they don’t do their kinds they sit an have conversation instead of calling peoples numbers so service can go faster
This is the worst place to be at, the weight time is three hours or more the staff here they are so disrespectful no type of respect! They should be ashamed of treating people like they do!
In Feb 12th 2023 to recieve calworks for family I had to submit an edd form stating not receiving unemployment. I have submitted the edd form several times to the soci worker. To recieve the calworks assistance I had to submit an edd form of not receiving unemployment. After showing the form I recieved an reciept stated recieved by that social worker. On may 1st and may 2nd I had to do an Sar 7 interview by phone. Both workers stated they're wasn't an edd letter stating not receiving unemployment on my record.
My benefits we’re supposed to be transferred to my account on the 1st I haven’t received anything I keep getting transferred to different people then end up getting hung up on it’s so frustrating I have to keep calling back waiting over an hour for someone to just tell me there going to transfer me then end up getting no answers on top of that they are very rude like if you don’t like your job don’t work there. My work never seems to be available and I have to call like 20 times for her to respond to me 2 -3 weeks later.
I noticed the fast paced service they have no shade. I appreciate them in more ways than one. To àll staff thank u it's quite embarrassing coming for the sàme reason a replacement card and the other essentials copies of birth certificate ànd social security card. They never pass judgement on me just genuine çonçern because that card is a HOT ticket item. Thànk you without you I wouldn't be in the swipe world. Àlicia M. Nobles
4 star because they do their job. Honestly there's not enough employees going around so it takes time which I don't mind waiting to get help with paper work & stuff. Today there was no front desk persons at all? ! Maybe they got sick or something. But yes usually they very nice & helping you more if we show we appreciate the help. Of course not everytime was good experience in the past but THIS location are nice & do a very good job:) at one location the office in Marconi a white older tired looking lady was very short with us kind of hurt my feeling since we were struggling financially & I was getting sick a lot
