2So three camera angles and at least three eyewitnesses to assault and battery is not enough evidence to charge someone? Did you watch the videos and talk to the witnesses? Isn’t that your job? What on earth is wrong with you? ! You prosecute people for victimless crimes all the time! Maybe you should pay attention to the crimes that actually have victims! Do better for your citizens!
Scott Hunter took over my case, I was physically abused on several occasions, my ex husband was arrested and the case was extended out for a year. My ex has prior convictions in another relationship and has proven to be the aggressor. Scott Hunter dropped all charges and didn't even offer anger management. I don't understand why. I believe the Judges to be fair, here's hoping the restraining order stays in place.
