Very kind and efficient. My dog was picked up after escaping the back patio. I had him back in probably 2 hours of The Big Escape.

The people who work at the dog shelter are fantastic.so helpful with visitors and exceptional with the dogs. They are so loving. I was impressed with the various programs to help the dogs find forever homes. They let you take a dog for a play date, an overnight date, or even for a weekend. I encourage anyone who likes dogs to come by the shelter. So many great dogs

Made a donation of dog wearing poles. Hope it helps dogs focus and mentally tire them out! Very appreciative of the work SB shelter does for animals!

Until recently I would have given them a 5 star rating. But this make an appoint is stupid. In case you haven't heard. Orange County tried it and is now back to come in and look around. STUPID STUPID. Animals and people interacting gets adoptions.

Dogs and cats have provided humans with over 8 thousand years of companionship. Let's treat them with care and respect.

I was told they don’t pick up I’ll stray cats. I was told I could drop it off or release it into the wild. Wow. That’s actually illegal to do so. While I understand the county may not cover the City for animal control, but they should be more helpful and should abstain from giving inhumane and illegal directives.

Great staff. Thank you for helping us through our process of fostering our beautiful pitbull. We named her Zijion.
We are happy to say we are now going to adopt her.
Thank you to your staff for all!
