He was so knowledgeable and thorough explaining the problem to me and my options for replacing and repairing things to avoid future issues with my water softener. He worked diligently to secure all the parts I needed and was so happy to tell me he could finish the job today! Lou has a wonderful and polite manner and is extremely professional. Called Courtesy for help because another plumbing company refused to stand by their work despite more than 15 years with them. Courtesy quickly diagnosed the problem - shoddy installation - and fixed the issues that caused my new bathroom sinks to leak. They also offered a military discount. Just outstanding all around, and the price was very fair. They've earned my future business and then some!

Lou came out to replace/update the laundry valves in the condo laundry closet. He arrived early to assess the repairs and explained thoroughly the labor/service that was to be done. Excellent communication skills, very professional and a nice guy. He did a great job! Would definitely recommend Courtesy Plumbing, Inc.to family and friends. I am a repeat customer. Also had Courtesy Plumbing, Inc.replace and haul away an old water heater a number of years ago. Courteous, prompt and quality response to an emergency. They went above and in handling a late hour request in completing the repair when normally declined at such a late hour. The technician provided helpful suggestions for side issues that were not directly related to his scope of work/repair and went out of his way to get special equipment to expedite a normally time consuming repair.

We've used Courtesy Plumbing twice now and both times they have been amazing! This most recent time was for a water heater replacement to a tankless. Very friendly and professional! Gave me a quote, got everything taken care of, made sure everything worked and I knew how to use everything before he left. Highly recommended!

As always, this is my Go-To plumbing company. 2 weeks prior I was on the road and a leak appeared outside on the public sidewalk. A friend staying at my house called the City of San Diego. They came out and said it was on "owner's side" and so the friend called their plumber. Needless to say, there was a backup inside my house (probably due to dirt and debris getting in the city line when repaired, and trouble ensued AFTER I was home and running a shower, toilet, and laundry on the same day. Courtesy Plumbing to the rescue. Same day service. All issues repaired, and despite me being willing to spend MORE money to pay for an additional fixture, they said it wasn't necessary. Honesty above a $450 part/job that I (the customer) was suggesting. Now how often does THAT happen? ! Hard, REAL HARD to find honesty these days! Do yourself a favor, put their number in your cell under "Plumber of Choice" and use them, refer them, tip them well. Your pipes will thank them, as do I!

Lou quickly assessed the situation with my needing a replacement valve in order to install my new fridge. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, kind and friendly. He listened to my concerns and evaluated what I wanted to be done to achieve my goals with the new fridge and adding an ice machine so I decided to have the work done immediately. The price was considerably reasonable especially in comparison to the previous plumbing company quick quote! So happy I used Courtesy Plumbing!
