Courtside Towers Senior Apartments, Woodland CA

It’s not the fault of the staff, but the situation wasn’t quite resolved. They responded in a timely manner and replaced the burnt out light. But apparently it’s the whole lighting fixture that needs to be replaced, because the new light didn’t help. They know this, and are ordering a replacement.

Some appliances are so old, but the maintenance is very good to keep them working as well as he can.

The management is very professional, caring and fair to all tenants. Very clean and well kept.

I have been at courtside towers for almost a year now. I love the manager Kathleen. She is very supportive and tentative to any situation you bring her way. I Work a lot of hours and i'm hardly home. The complex is gated and secured very well. I appreciate that when I spend a lot of time away from home. Recently I submitted some workorders. Each time I did I came home from work and they were completed. Even personal things that I wanted to do to my apartment they were completed with no questions asked. I appreciate you all for keeping a safe environment and activities for those who are not able to go out every day. You are appreciated!

I did not feel safe manager was not helpful a lot of manager has her small group of favorite tenants

Ever since my first call to Kathleen it has been an amazing experience. Kay did my move in and she was very thorough and sweet. As i was moving in Kay introduced me to the neighbors as they came around. I thought that was extra and i loved it. These two ladies are fabulous at their jobs. I just met some women in the laundry room and they too were very friendly and inviting. Bobby the maintenance man is quick and awesome as well. The place is peaceful and perfect me. The grounds are very clean great up keep.

All my experiences with the maintenance have been a five star Excellent work.
