Regina at the front desk was amazing and a joy to be greeted by her! Whomever trained her did an amazing job but the overwhelming joy of her presence is what let me know this was an awesome place to stay. If I could rate 10 stars for her I would!

Great hotel friendly staff very clean. Love the bistro for breakfast and they have Starbucks coffee and at night a bar with wine and cocktails till 10pm

This is the most disgusting hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I cannot believe the management im honestly horrified and feel awful for these employees. I had to witness one of the managers medically discriminate against one of their employees. She was clearly in pain complaining, even stated she had a Dr note. Now I obviously don’t know the circumstances but to scream at an employee in front of guests and children. Telling this poor woman she’s being insubordinate because she was in pain CLEARLY. If you treat your employees like this you deserve to be TERMINATED. Same manager, was very rude and snappy at other guests and my KIDS. Please do not stay here this is awful business you guys should be ashamed. 0 stars.

The man in front desk was rude when I was there. And also the same guy used bad words while closing the pool and getting out the people from the pool.
Pool was so dirty
But the rooms are ok

I stay here frequently for work. The staff members here are so wonderful, the hotel is nice, and location is very convenient. Three star review because the internet here is consistently terrible.

Hotel recently completed remodel so its modern and inviting. Had a bit of trouble finding the correct turn to get to the hotel, a sign at the street would have been helpful

Pretty disappointed. As a very active traveler, in the Marriott chain of hotels, this was towards the bottom in service. From the time I checked in, till I left, I very much felt like a $$$/# to the staff. No reference to status, no thanks for staying. Oh well. It happens. But I won't be staying here again.

Asked for a trundle bed and they said it would be available. When we got to the hotel apparently there wasn't a single room with one. Poor service in my books

I called to book a room and called. The lady who answered was difficult to understand. In the middle of talking about booking a room, she transferred me without telling me. The next person who answered apologized but she hung up on me. No one called me back so frustrated, I called Hilton!

Rudy the engineer at the hotel was amazing he went above and beyond anything a hotel worker should or would do. I have a 4x4 full size pick up truck with a rather tall lift kit on it and the last day of our 5 day stay I had a problem with my truck that involved pushing my truck. And Rudy came out and help my husband push. He definitely deserves kudos. The hotel was as awesome as the staff. We will definitely stay here again.
