15Nice rooms, not the best, but overall i couldn't complain about anything. Pool was nice with heated water
Great place, great stay. My only gripe is that valet @ $52/day is the only parking option besides finding your own public parking.
This is a lovely hotel in a very convenient part of downtown. What was most impressive was the above and beyond service extended to my daughter as she prepared for a job interview the next day. From printing extra copies of her resume (in color and double-sided) at no charge, to ensuring she had an early check-in and an upgraded room, multiple staff members went the extra mile. I highly recommend this hotel for a business trip or personal visit.
Nice hotel and very clean. I took two stars away because they didn’t allow us to valet our car when we checked in because they were full! However they did allow returning customers to valet so that was frustrating.
Additionally, the front desk told us that we could valet across the street with the JW since the courtyard was full. That was FALSE information! So I wasted time going over there, only to be turned away.
Other than the parking situation, the hotel was nice, staff was courteous and our room was great!
My man and I are both Lakers Fans, he had never been to the arena, so I flew him in for his first game. This hotel is literally RIGHT across the street from the arena. We stayed on the 21st floor and had a great view of LA LIVE and the Crypto Arena. There is a valet, and as long as you call down, your car will be ready. We barely needed the car, because they is so much to do within walking distance. This hotel is connected to Residence Inn they share entrance, valet, front desk, lobby, and elevator. Would 100 % recommend this hotel for any reason by especially for a Lakers Game
Mediocre experience. Furniture in the rooms are worn out, stains on most towels, no antibacterial hand soap or lotion in room, charging $10 for one water bottle in the lobby. On the positive side, room service was very fast and reliable!
Service was excellent. James at the front desk was certainly welcoming. Water in shower was hot then cold never a constant temp. The person tapping on doors to get people out in the morning was not so great when you are trying to sleep in.
Not a bad option if you’re looking for a hotel in Downtown LA but definitely not the best option. Pros: clean, close to crypto arena. Cons: coffee table was broken, AC was noisy on low setting, no bedsheets and pillows for the sofa bed in the room closet.
Great service, super friendly staff and very nice hotel. Can’t beat the price for how close it is to everything as well.
Clean, staff are amazing with exception of the valet side, which is a complete cluster.
Worth the price for LA Live being next door.
Adjacent to the LA Convention Center with beautiful, spacious rooms, good breakfast, and always amazing customer service. This place is an annual stop for us
Overall good experience. A little over-priced given the quality. One can stay in a much nicer room at Hotel Indigo nearby with similar rates.
This place is run down and disappointing and over priced for what they offer. Towels were thin, service was non existent, the sofa bed in the one bedroom suite was so uncomfortable that it could not be used. The air conditioner clicked on and off with cool and heat all night long. When I called down they apologies but did not offer any resolution. The valet took over 30 minutes to pull out our car. I checked out early. Never staying there again.
The fold out sofa bed was unusable. The foot of the mattress was about 6" higher than the head. You could feel the springs in the mattress. Even with the mattress on the floor, the springs were still uncomfortable. We resorted to creating a "nest" on the floor from the extra linens instead of using the sofa bed. We cancelled the extra night in preference of finding a hotel on the route home a day early. Used valet parking- attendants were efficient and courteous, but my MP3 player disappeared from the cup holder in my car.
The hotel itself was very nice, the pool is very clean and refreshing to relax by… there’s even a few cabanas! The fitness center is pretty modern with a good selection. I was upgraded to a bigger room because of my gold status which was a nice add. My only issue is the parking situation. The valet gets super backed up and I had to wait for a bit before I could give my keys to anyone while my car was double parked and blocking the driveway in (there was nowhere else to go). Then they charge $51 plus tax for parking which is a bit crazy! After tip it’s basically $60 per night… I get it’s LA downtown but that’s still a small fortune to park a car
