Courtyard by Marriott Vallejo Napa Valley reviews
21Room smelled like pot and there was a inscent stuck behind the TV. I used a bottle of body spray to masked to tolerate.
Service was good, room was clean but we had mold in our first stay in bathroom ceiling and you could smell it so was concering, active leak.toliets do not flush in both rooms I have stayed in.restaurant foodis not as good as it was last year, slim menu.one reason I stay is to not have to leave for food, somedays there was no chef, no breakfast etc.just miss the dining experience I had previously, lots of selections out, snack concessions out, just someone needs to order.missing out on sales. I like this hotel but could be a much better experience, especially since thats what you expect with Marriott and Bonvoy.
The location is good, particularly if tou are going across the street to Six Flags. The room and bathroom have plenty of space. The beds are clean and comfortable. So why I am not rating this higher? Because I noticed the dirty glass left for me and the awful office chair that needs to be replaced asap. Just check out the photos.
The hotel is nice and so is the service and staff. This was a louder hotel as this is right across from Six Flags so there are family’s with kiddos. If you are here for Six Flags, this is a 5 star. If you are here for relaxation, I would say 4 star.
My family and I have have been coming here since 2021 & we enjoy our stay every visit. The daytime staff are always welcoming & hospitable. Rooms are nice & we love that pretty much every time we come to stay we get the view we request of Discovery Kingdom. Also, with the cost of prices pretty much everywhere going up, we love that we can just walk to the park & enjoy. Our kiddos also enjoyed the pool this time & loved how comfortable the water temperature was. We love coming here. On a small little note the night staff (weekdays) may want to work on their hospitality. We will be back again & soon. Thank you Courtyard by Marriott in Vallejo. Oh and finally, the hotel manager (Kaitlin) is really nice, hospitality, & cares about the hotels guests. Thank you Kaitlin & your wonderful staff.
For starters I have stayed at Marriotts only for 10+ years and all of them have been great. This one on the other hand is not bad by Marriott standards but bad by hotel standards. 1st, there was tons of hair in the bathroom (yuck), then noticed the shower curtain rod was broken, the elevator looked like it hasn't been remodeled EVER, the starbucks/cafe was always closed and to top the experience off the staff always had this lackadaisical attitude about everything.
So to no fault of the hotel but. The parking lot has alot of vehicle thefts and break ins. It is right across the street from six flags. The hotel restaurant is really good but please be patient with the 1 person behind the bar. The pool is heated so very nice early summer.
We stayed here during our trip to six flags & it was absolutely perfect. The staff were amazing & helpful. We could see sixflags from our room it was so much fun.
A reasonably priced hotel especially convenient if you're visiting the nearby theme park. Theme park charges $25 to park however if you stay at this hotel it's included in the night stay.
Booked weeks in advanced, but rooms oversold. Checked into only room they had left. It was not clean, bed unmade and garbage in the room. Smelled strong of marijuana. They said they registered a room at a nearby hotel from reserves, but when we got to other hotel we found out Courtyard never called. They made no other reservations for us. We had to figure out our own lodging, and now I’m still trying to get my money back. Do NOT recommend.
Everyone was super nice especially the manager! And ths room was nice and clean. We wish there was a hot tub buts itd okay. Thanks for the stay! We will be back!
Perfect location for a Six Flags trip. The bistro is expensive and we didn't get the chance to try it bc schedules and till systems. Definitely going back.
It was an alright stay and it was comfortable but when you fail to provide the basics such as drinking water, it fails expectations. I woke up with a incredibly dry and sore throat but was greeted by the fact that the rooms do not provide cold water and I have to either pay for water upstairs (3.25$ per bottle) or you’re forced to go downstairs and use the bathroom sink. Not everyone is looking to spend 30$ on literally water.
Manager was rude. My car was broken into, he asked me for information to complete an incident report then refused to give me a copy. Another lady's car was broken into. I found out that this is not new to them. They have no security and their cameras do not work.
Staffless friendly the rooms are nice the bar area the food was good service great however they have security that harasses you all of you around pulled up to your car ask for your room key he’s in plain clothes in a plain vehicle the window as he then busted out of his car this was very scary and frightening especially being a woman and at night time trying to get to your room I let the staff now and a manager was supposed to call me that was almost 2 weeks ago I have called and left a message and still no reply from the manager
I stay here frequently. GM, Kaitlyn and her staff Alyssa, Marena, and Marisol are excellent and very welcoming. Always quick to provide my stay as comfortable and relaxing as possible. You will not be disappointed with your stay.
I've stayed in Court Yard the last five times The last time I stayed there I was in room 432 the heat didn't work they moved me to a handicap room. I check in the hotel this time again room 432 the hotel don't have any other rooms again. In the corner? In the back. I don't think I want to stay anymore
Even though there were some issues with the door of the hotel room, Marina at the front desk took the best care of us. She immediately found us a different room, and ultimately compensated us for the inconvenience we had while staying at the property that weekend. Kudos to Marina and for help! A+ service.
Good basic hotel that is very clean and up to date. The staff were very nice and helpful. No continental breakfast which I think is do to corona.
Breakfast was awesome they have Starbucks and a heated pool. Very nice rooms hot hot water showers are awesome lol the girls at the front desk are awesome we had a big group with multiple rooms and they made it very easy for us.
