The staff is friendly and efficient. They each seem to know their jobs very well. Dr. Chen is amazing. The clinic has the ability to do X-rays, lab work, and other functions.

This paragraph is one year later and I'm still a patient a Covina Arthritis Clinic and still feel they are the best around. I don't think I'll ever change. Dr. Chen is awesome and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

Every time I go in Dr Chen and Ariel Brite always take must go f my pain away and always seem to know what is best for me thank you both very much.

Everyone has been great at the clinic except for the check out older lady, not sure her name, but she’s very rude and unprofessional! If it wasn’t for her I would’ve definitely given the clinic 5 stars!

My Pa.c Jennifer Bui was very professional love her approach. She explained all of the issues I was having. She made suggestions as to my treatments were going to be.

Had to take so many days off of work only to be told “oops we don’t have your medication” even though I called to verify day before. Their focus is on ordering the best take out for staff instead of ordering medication and having it there for infusion time.

It hasn't been quite two years yet but let me tell you after spending 15 years with a doctor with that same degree and got nowhere, so many wonderful things have happened to me for my physicalness of it.

I find this is the first time in my life at 65 years old that I honestly can say from the time you walk in the door and you sign in to the time you leave no matter who you are dealing with everybody is kind and friendly very kind and friendly!

Very professional and pleasant personal. I've never been to a specialist that had everything under one roof. I had blood drawn, ex ray taken of my feet and hands. Dr.metayas told me I had something no other specialist I've been to had told me. Amazing doctor.

In the year that I have gone here I have been seen by 3 physicians that all were professional, knew what they were talking about and how to explain it to me so that I was informed but not spoken to as someone that was not a part of the process. The medical team is amazing and always are polite. The front desk and scheduling department are above all else some of the kindest people I have seen in medical offices. Also, they work quickly to get referrals processed and are always there to assist. For anyone that wants a team that cares from the moment you walk in to the last appointment with them this is the place. If you want to be taken care of have your concerns listen to, questions answered, and fears addressed, these people will do it. These individuals take care and time with the patient and you are treated like a person not an appointment and insurance card, that is what makes this team the best. They have the know how and can implement it but they also take the time to make you feel comfortable and able to work towards a treatment plan tailored to you, not the highest priced plan they have. I am always grateful to the staff here and wish then many years of success in their personal ventures. These people have given life back to myself and my wife and for that I will forever be indebted.
