Cox Authorized Retailer reviews
16 Bad custmer service if i need something i shoud be call 4 time to fix it
really i dont like cox
Doesn't take care of the clients!
They shipped me a used Wi-Fi panoramic device, when I paid for a new one!
I was in a accident that effects my memory I've ask cox for a paper bill it's like every time I get the bills it's late it's as if there doing it to get late fees can't wait until another wifi service comes in the area. Donald Brown
Installation by Tech was excellent. Had a problem with box in bedroom. Scheduled for appointment to fix the box. Have to wait two for service.
Juan had great customer service. I had questions about using an old modem left behind as well as costs and shipping vs picking up a new modem. He answered them all in a timely and professional manner. I got the information I needed to make my purchase of their service. Thank you Juan!
Charging me $250 whe they were gonna charge me less and the costumer service wont help me find out why i rather cancel the service and find a another provider
Not like the old Cox! Short line that moved fast. Knowledgeable associate that took care of my requests in a friendly professional manner. Way more efficient and easy than the website. Only downside is lack of parking. Try to his store you won't be disappointed.
Been with cox for years but recently move to where they don't provide service
Had to get CenturyLink and noticed a significant difference
Such a downgrade
Hoping to just finish my lease here to get connected back with COX ️
Fast and efficient, received my confirmation that my bill was paid within a couple of hours
Bounced all the boxes, that did not work. Took the cable box into a cox store and replaced it. Now the problem is gone and some of the nagging issues are gone too.
Now I am a happy cable subscriber.
I stop to get new boxes because having trouble blowing out boxes 7th time so will have when the tech comes out in case he don't have them tode guy in store and when I get home my box was deactivated I'm really upset my tech not showing up till 1 to 3 called tech support 1st lady didn't know what she doing I gave all numbers she ask for and she didn't know nothing called back and a guy come one and fixed the problem very easy I want tech to see problem on the old boxes
My neighbor had to move out of state to help her daughter with Parkinson's Disease and I told her I would drop off her cable box. Cox wouldn't accept it until the power is turned off so lucky for me I was able to get hold of my neighbor as she was driving through Nevada and we could do the shut off over the phone.
I liked the employees. Not so much when you call on phone for help. I can't understand the 2 I spoke with.
Staff were great, store was spotless and the process was simple. 4 stars because parking is annoying. Super small lot with one way in and out.
Canceling with Cox over text was fine because I didn't have to be in the phone, but how many times do I have to ask you to cancel nicely before you just do it? 4 times and one more time after asking them to stop.
Shout out to Leo Valdez at this location! He walked us through our plan and answered all of your questions and doubts about transferring our internet service tour our new home. He even explained data tracking and keeping our plan up to date. Thank you for your excellent customer service!
Don't recommend going to this place for anything. I went in for a router replacement and the man at the front tried to tell me that 250mbps isn't enough for one laptop and one phone and of course my devices would fall offline and I NEEDED the 500mbps plan otherwise I wouldn't be able to work from home. When I first started working from home I was on their (Cox) lowest plan at 50mbps (everything worked fine!) and since then I've been upgraded to the 250mbps plan. I work in IT and I know for a fact the bandwidth that 250mbps has is more than enough to handle at least 5 devices. I feel bad for anyone who walks into this store because you WILL be taken advantage of if you don't have the knowledge of how internet service actually works. I know that commission is a thing but if you've gotta con people to make a living, it's pretty messed up.
