Be careful with Cox. They creep your bill up slowly and you constantly need to examine your bills to ensure they are not sneaking anything in there or changing your terms of service. My monthly plan unexpectedly went up. I called and the rep said my promotional rate was over. Flat out lie. My promotional rate had ended over one year ago and I was already paying the “fixed” price and was told it would not up.

When I told the Cox agent, he stated they probably initially made a mistake. Then I asked where it showed on my 2022 statements that I had been receiving a promotional rate, and he said it didn’t show in my statements, but he could only see it on his end. Crooks! They do this to thousands of people and nickel and dime their customers.

Not to be mistaken with the store and the employee service at the location, this location is the best and they helped me get everything in order on my account. However, in the online help chat I was told to resolve the subscription on my end even though I’ve called before and they fixed it for me. I don’t see why they couldn’t just help me fix it over the phone while I’m in a different state. On top of this the first people I chatted with for 20+ minutes just ended the chat without any help and the last two didn’t help even after chatting with them for almost an hour and a half. I would definitely change my internet provider if another internet provider was available in my area. So far I’m not impressed with the online chat service or that my bill has gone up for my internet after adding cable but the service or signal is a whole lot weaker

Only wifi that was near me and I hated everyday of it since somehow there’s a limit on how much you are able to download even though we’re paying 120 for wifi and the wifi was cutting in and out for a whole month and we got reimbursed 20 dollars to us even though if you counted the times we had no wifi we should have 240 dollars back

August 31,2022: I went to this store after placing an online order. I arrived and was assisted by Joel. He was genuinely nice and professional. He pulled up the account and verified the information with me, went to grab the equipment from the back, and answered the questions I had confidently. Once I got home I followed the instructions inside the box which also directed me to the Cox app (for initial setup assistance and confirmation). Once I completed that (which took about 3 minutes) I was directed to the Cox Wi-Fi app where I was able to change my Wi-Fi name and password. I was pleasantly surprised that the entire process was fast and easy compared to my previous two experiences with another company over the past few weeks. Overall this was a very efficient and well-worth hour I spent placing the order, driving to and from the store picking up the equipment and setting everything up, and getting connected.

Literally the worst experience I have ever had. Rebecca gave me the worst customer service ever and was so rude and aggressive through the phone. My first experience with cox and It was the worst.

Waste of time. This store is closed and a sign says it’s moving to the back of the shopping center and only lists their address of 511 telegraph canyon.

Just switched to T-Mobile home internet $50 flat. Don't have to deal with "Surprise! Your offer expired now you owe us an arm and a leg! " I was waiting for something cheaper and better to come along and now I'm free from Cox overcharge for everything. Bye!

Bad experience. Came into store after I placed a call for help, call center is closed on Saturdays and was assured to be helped. Came into store gave account information I leaned over and associate Jesse Sandoval said "I can't look at the screen there are other accounts open" after I gave my account info and he has confirmed certain increments of charged on bill. (Side not when I go to a bank and give my information, a bank teller doesn't have other accounts open while helping with current customer) This is after the fact he started dropping my billing information of why I was being charged that's why I felt like I had a right to look so I leaned over. He told me "I can't look at the screen" So I respected the request but was frustrated inside. Then 30 seconds have passed he said now "come look at the screen for me" so I told him "why can I look at the screen now? Isn't there other people's information on there? " he said "I'm not gonna help you" in my head of course not you were being rude to me at first so obviously a customer is going to be rude back and is going to be upset after he was told to come drive to the store and still get no help. Supervisor comes in asking for my name which I already gave to original associate Jesse and he didn't even know my name and forgot it assuming he was already upset. I guess people tend to forget the objective when they are rude with customers and forget common practices of remembering ones name. Supervisor came never Descelated the situation just made it worse and I guess didn't know associate was the first one being rude and then I was confronted with another person who didn't want to help. Anyways I was told to leave after I was told to come to the store for assistance. I definately don't want to ever step foot in there again. In the end of the day I didn't get any help how could I if peoeple in the store are rude and not nice. I left did not get help that's why the store gets 1 star. Cant give more stars if store doesn't help. Seems like looking at other reviews on here I'm not the only one. I never write reviews ever not once in my life so sad it had to be this.

Repeat visits in order to get some things done. Young people there don't listen. Disrespectful to older people. I have no trust in what they quote price wise. No wonder to me that cable service is suspect and considered dead.

The internet speed is decent but they over charge like crazy. I switched to T-Mobile home internet and get almost three times the speed for half the price! Good riddance Cox!

There's a big line to make payments and there's people that can help inside but they don't let you get in it's only two or three of them are working the rest are just talking their service is bad

Great costumer service however the reason I give them a 4 out of 5 is because when trying to speak with a representative over the phone they NEVER answer.

HECTOR has Phenomenal customer service! I had to go to the Cox store to switch out my router (a little upset that I had to do it) and he made everything smoother. Thank you!
