Cox Store reviews
10Shoutout to JOSIE, making the return of my box quick and easy and with a smile on her face
So many hidden fees and garbage internet. It took a week to get them out to even set it up and they still charged me for the week that I didn’t even have service set up yet.
Excellent services. Employees were very knowledgeable and were very respectful and answered my question. Now I'm a new happy with Cox Services.
Just go with AT&T, you pay for 150m and get blotchy 60m never consistent stream. AT&T will give you dedicated 40m not only cheaper but way better stream. Cox sucks, and their call center just tries to annoy you to get you off of the phone.
Older man with the glasses is very rude and condescending. Second time I’ve been here and treated this way. Save yourself the time and go anywhere else
Today, I returned to speak with another salesperson as I was here a few days ago and had a negative experience with a staff person named Hanza. I will let that go for now. The polite, patient and friendly Soleil answer all my questions and more regarding connecting internet and a new cell phone and line. I highly recommend her for being knowledgeable and not in a hurry. I will be returning in a few days to sign up.
In an era of consumerism, custom service is vital for an organization to thrive. Soleil assisted me today. Soleil is amazing! She helped me find the right plan for my house hold needs without trying to upsell me unnecessary products or services. Thank you Soleil!
The internet is trash, disconnects and has issues constantly while I also was screwed over on billing as I was paying more than I was told initially.
Lastly their customer service based on WHO you’re speaking too is trash. My last encounter turning my equipment in was the only good encounter as she at least smiled, and was kind.
Highly recommend you look for other providers offering far better internet and better service.
Went in today, 1/6/23, and was greeted by Hamsa. He pulled up my account and I explained that my wife and I have had EXTREMELY unreliable internet service at our home since starting service with Cox almost 6 months ago. We have had multiple techs come out who have all been unable to diagnose/fix the issue. We have tried multiple configurations of equipment (ALL COX CERTIFIED PER THEIR SPECS). Nothing has worked. We have been forces to pay an additional cost to Verizon for a hot spot that picks up COX's slack. It has gotten to the point that even that option is no longer viable because COX's service drops so often. My wife works from home, in today's world, reliable high speed internet service is required!
While explaining all of this to Hamsa, he maintained a smirk and his only real solution was "switch to another provider". When asked if he could discount or comp a modem rental, his response was "we don't do that" despite COX clearly being at fault here, as the previous owners had reliable fast internet for over 5 years.
All in said, I would absolutely not recommend this ISP to anyone. They are the definition of corporate piracy.
