Chef Iian was such a delight! Our company team had an absolute blast and we learned so many great techniques, tips and tricks! He was kind enough to come to us, brought all the ingredients and the kitchen tools. Such a fun and easy way to connect and gain NUE knowledge! Thank you, Chef!
Our experience with Chef Yasmina was incredible! So warm and inviting, a perfect blend of sharing her expertise while letting us get deep into the process of preparing new dishes. Her house is beautiful, and eating the meal in her gorgeous backyard afterwards was such a treat. Would absolutely recommend!

In addition to being very knowledgeable about cooking, she is also a great teacher! We learnt how to make two types of pasta and with different techniques. Also made two delicious sauces. She also taught us the authentic way and the modern way. Everything was taught in detail and with much patience so everyone would experience making the pasta firsthand. I would recommend her to anyone who loves food and wants to learn cooking in the best way! Super fun and engaging class!
The team had fun but thought this event was missing a lot. I think it should be clear to bring your own beverages as we were expecting at least cups and water. Also, the food was mostly prepared for us so no cutting or mixing of sauces or marinades. It was pretty much just roll your own roll and fill your own sandwich. Also, no one liked the dessert which was premade and was not tasty at all. I was really hoping to learn something about the sauces and marinades. For the price, I was expecting better food and at least water. The cooks were friendly and helpful but this format was a bit of a cluster and didn't get an opportunity to really cook something.
Super fun and totally learned new skills that will stay with me! Chef Cregg was supportive and energetic and created an amazing learning environment. A great evening!
Yasmina’s Moroccan cooking class was superb. The few hours flew by as we got comfortable with preparing this delicious cuisine- and our meal was exceptional. Most of all, we enjoyed our wide-ranging conversation with Yasmina while soaking up the warm hospitality of her kitchen and home. The definition of a five star experience.
Chef Luana was great and very welcoming! She was very professional and knew the techniques of Italian food. She was also a great hostess. It was a great experience.

Chef Luana's passion for cooking is warm and infectious. We had a wonderful evening, celebrating a birthday and learning the secrets of making really delicious pizza. Like a lot of people, we recently got a pizza oven, but the results were just ok. Not like we had in Italy, more like just a loaf of bread with toppings. Luana set us on the right track, with a crust recipe and method so light, sweet and slightly crunchy with simple, fresh toppings. She made us feel at home in her kitchen and eager to learn more about Italian cooking.
My boyfriend and I had a great time cooking with chef Iain. The food was delicious and we both learned a lot.
Chef Luana was amazing. Not only did Chef Luana teach in a very useful hands on way the experience was fun and personal. The food was exceptional and I will be able to recreate it at home. Highest praise for chef Luana.
