3Dr. Yarmin fixed me. I was an injured athlete, who was experiencing sciatica post bike accident and could barely walk due to back pain, glute and hamstring tightness. My neck was also not happy with me due to long hours at work and social media viewing. Instead of getting a fusion as the surgeon recommended I started seeing Dr. Yarmin 1-2 times a week, took a little rest and coupled with physical therapy and my own stretching routine, my symptoms are almost non-existent. A couple more weeks and I believe I will back to normal. However, this was a reminder that I didn't listen to my body and was doing 80 miles in pain and thought nothing of it. Had I listened to the warning signs, the rest and this situation could have been avoided.
