2Extremely long lines, wait times and very crowded. No social distancing with people coughing. I skipped my much needed lab work as result. Additionally, the lab is in a very busy inconvenient location.
This location is severely understaffed at least for morning lab work. Check in takes 8 minutes per person, so if you are arriving at 7am expect to finish check in by about 8. (I arrived at 6: 53am on a Monday, was 8th in line and was checked in at 7: 38. I was finished and out the door by 7: 48. A friendly and efficient lab assistant told me that Monday mornings are the worst and I was lucky it was not so busy that day, so I recommend coming on a non-Monday). Another concern was that one staff member did not wear a mask at all in the reception area even though you are asked to do so when you enter. Another staff member had her nose outside her mask.
