11Feared the worst for my son's iPad because it had several cracks in its screen. Got quoted a great rate for repair from this shop, but it ended up only needing a new glass screen protector. I was more than happy to give these guys my business.
The techncian is knowlagable, provides in time as promised, and anwer questions with patience
Dude knew what he was doing and talking about, got us in and out in 5 minutes and did not even want money because it was a simple fix. Amazing place!
Tech was awesome. He cleaned out my phone's port and didn't charge me. I think his name was Phoenix. I'll go there if I ever need other repairs.

Phoenix was professional, prompt, courteous, and definitely on his game! I brought my laptop in because it wasn't charging. Phoenix diagnosed the issue in a few minutes and didn't even charge me (I can't even get a old-fashioned appliance diagnosed without a surcharge!)
The office was extremely clean, and making an appointment online was fast and easy. I would highly recommend this repair/retail computer/phone company to anyone (even older people like me who need tech terms presented in plain English.)
