These guys went overboard to retrieve data off my broken Pixel 3XL! After numerous varied attempts replacing hardware from another old phone they were able to get my data backed up to a usb drive!

Five stars are not enough. These guys gave me a fair estimate, ran their diagnostics and delivered all agreed upon work ahead of schedule. I highly recommend.

Brought my computer in an hour and 30 minutes before closing and the wonderful and knowledgeable folks at CPR managed to fix it within 4 hours (I got a call from them 2 hours after they opened the next day saying that it was ready for pick up).

Very impressed with the speed, kindness, and professionalism of the staff. The gentleman at the counter told me what caused my device to stop booting up in great detail, which I really appreciate because I now have an idea of what I should be looking for in case it ever happens again.

I definitely recommend CPR to anyone who is on the fence about seeking expert help with their devices! You won't regret it.

I have been using CPR for a couple of years now. They are very professional.
As a matter of fact, they have just replaced my Samsung S8 screen protector yesterday.
I highly recommend CPR to everyone.

Got my phone back in about 6 hours and you couldn’t even tell the screen had been shattered into a million pieces.

The gentleman that applied my screen protector to my curved screen did an absolutely amazing job! He was quick and efficient! No air bubbles ot lifting! Very Happy with the service! I highly recommend this place!

Fixed my issue with a Warranty Issue on my Zagg Screen Protector replacement in less than 5 minutes. In and out in less than 5 minutes, courteous employee interaction. Just what Customer Service should be.

Good and fast service, they got my new screen done in about and hour or two. The only things I didn’t like about the screen were that it is a little darker than usual, and the 3D touch isn’t as easy to use. Other than that, I would recommend if you’re looking to buy an inexpensive phone screen repair.

Would give zero stars if I could, parts are beyond cheap and the repair took hours. Would not recommend my enemies to come here

I was there to fix my phone and the guys were nice. However it took more that a week for them to get the parts they need it for my phone and now the speaker doesn't work as well as it did before

I just called to see how much it would be to fix my charging port on my phone. My phone cost 150$ brand new. The repair is quite simple, I just don't have the equipment. But still fairly simple. They want 130$ to fix a 150$, 2 year old phone. I can buy a better, newer phone for 20$ more than they want to fix my old one. Cmon.really?

Took my phone in to get a speaker replaced and they couldn't fix it then when I got my phone back it would turn off randomly and would not charge which were not problems when I took my phone there and all they had to say was I DONT KNOW WHY and I DONT KNOW WHAT HAPPENED never going back

Waited a week for parts and they never changed the battery until I came back to complain even after they said it was done.

I didn’t even get my computer looked at due to the poor customer service. Answering the phone, the man just said hello and sounded very annoyed or tired. As I was asking question he got frustrated and said you know what just bring it in because I can’t do anything until I look at it. Will not be going back to them. Customer service is a priority for me.

Did what Bestbuy couldn't do and way cheaper! My laptop is still working perfectly and the service was on point by everyone I was in contact with at CPR! Well done and highly recommended!

I went in to get my iphone 5 screen fixed (with no cracks in it) because touch did not work. They called and said they could not fix my phone and they could only refund my money if I accepted my phone back with a totally broken screen because they recycled mine. They put a beyond cracked screen from another phone onto mine. To my disbelief, the guy said he could do nothing about it. How is it, I bring my phone in to get repaired and receive it back more damaged than when I brought it in? Very disappointed with this place. I would definitely recommend another store before going here. I would post ZERO stars but it will not let me.
