Walked in and was turned away said my phone wasn’t safe to work on went up the street to lapc networking and they are fixing it. He was so quick to turn me away he didn’t even let me get to the point that I only wanted to get photos off the phone.

In short stop acting like a know it all and listen to what your customer even wants.

They didn’t want to really give me info over the phone or Facebook. They wanted me to come in after reading the reviews I was skeptical. So I ended up driving 30 mins to “fill out an application” I wanted to get MacBook for school this coming up semester so I took a chance. When I got there they wanted all my info ssn, debit card, and accounting/routing after giving all that info somehow both of my banks aren’t compatible just seems kinda suspicious. Think it was a sign not to go with this company.

They are very nice and do very good work. They've repaired my husband's iPhone a few times quickly & affordably. They did a good diagnosis on my laptop but the parts were sadly unattainable.

This place Bought my phone and sold me A phone that was “working and inspected “ but the volume button doesnt work? Why was i not told this i would not have purchased.why was the phone not updated and on ios 13? Also was not provided with a receipt? I will be back there on friday to bring this complaint up in person hopefully with the employee that sold me this phone.

Fast efficient and honest business. The gentleman told me I might need a new lighting connector port for my iPhone and instead they were able to adjust it and saved me some money. I'll definitely be back.

The staff at CPR are amazing. Went in to fix an xbox but since it was unrepairable there was no charge even though they did attempt to. Very professional and nice group. Will definitely use for other hardware issues.

I drop my phone the night prior and had the misfortune of dropping it just right that it cracked the lcd, after contacting my carrier for the insurance I was given the choice of sending it in or coming here! I'm glad I did, they made the repair while I had dinner nearby and my phone is in great shape if I ever have a device needed repairs I will bring it to them.

Called and speaked to a man on saturday July 17th at 2: 53pm. Rude, talked down to me, hung up on me twice but wishes he did the third time as well I'm sure after how I spoke to him. Will make any excuse to not help you and then be rude while they're at it. Don't bother!

I broke my phone using a work vehicle. I searched several places, even APPLE to see the cost of replacement. Some wanted an arm and a leg, and APPLE was by appt.that would take weeks to wait. Searching CPR Repair on my search history on FACEBOOK and viola, I called them and received an awesome quote and went straight to them. They said 3 hours and it was fine by me. Today I picked it up and it looks awesome. Like nothing happened.

Rip off! Shady at best!

Pay extremely close attention to the work they do. I got my phone back and it had visible burn ins (light backgrounds) on the supposed "new" screen. I have proof of the burn ins.

Took it back to get replaced and then other problems that were obvious just hard to explain. Be very aware and cautious ️
