CPR Cell Phone Repair Orange

My experience was horrible, elium applied my screen protector on Saturday September 12 2020 and did it wrong the first time putting it all lop sided showing the screen, I told him about it before paying and he reapplied it meaning he took it off and tried again, leaving lint all under the screen protector, he told me leave my case off for about 3 hours to fully cure the protector which I did, after it fully cured it cleared up alot but there was still lint under my screen protector, so I went back Sunday but they were closed so I went back again on Monday and asked to fix the problem but instead of fixing the problem he argued with me and then told me it was my fault for the problem, that I did it, he then finally took my phone to get the lint out and he then starts using tweezers and proceeds to scratch out the pieces of lint instead of reapplying a new one for his mistake, so I don't want a stretched out screen protector with lint bubbles in it, and then when asked for a refund continues to lie about a no refund policy but fails to show me anywhere on the wall where it says that then try to say it says it on my receipt which he never printed out for me because suppsoably their printers aren't working kinda funny for a repair store to not have their printer functioning, and the email he sent me was only for this survey about the rating the place, I will never return to a place that can own up to their faults while applying a simple screen protector and then blame the customer for it. The other worker was nice and respectful. At the end of it all he ripped off the screen protector and rudely gave me my refund.

These guys are the best! Went in to have the charging port replaced on my iPhone after cleaning it didn't help. They fixed it in 5 minutes and didn't even charge me. Knowledgeable, friendly and honest-they will be my first stop for future repairs.

About a week ago I had CPR reinstalled my windows7 system. They did a super job and it has been working fine. Nice professional people.

I needed an emergency repair on my Galaxy S9 screen. I only had an hour to have it fixed. They did it within that time frame and charged me $30 less than Samsung's official repair company (uBreakIFix). They use official Samsung parts; they shared their parts source with me. OMG! This is the place to go if you need any phone or tablet repair. Mr Khan is professional, courteous and punctual. He's cheaper than the place in stones town which didn't do a good job the first time. Definitely coming back if I break another phone.

Ali was able to recover the mother board from my old (burned up) phone and temporarily insert into a phone they had in their shop, to then download all my contacts and transfer to my new phone. Verizon said it couldn't be done, but CPR Cell Phone Repair proved them wrong! I would have lost all my life's contacts if it wasn't for this place -THANK YOU!

As a fellow small business owner, I truly appreciated the pride he takes in his business and customer satisfaction. After breaking my iphone 6s screen for the second time in a month I sought out the least expensive and quickest fix and now I will only go to him. Be sure to check in for Yelp deals and don't bother calling or going to other repair places- he is the best around!

From now on I am coming here first. I went to the Apple Store only to waste an hour of my time. These guys took care of the battery issue I had and actually fixed my phones frame which was bent. All within one hour and very good communication.
