CPR Cell Phone Repair Salinas - North

Went in with an overheating iPad Pro issue. The technician was very kind and knowledgeable. I thought the repair cost was going to be costly, but it was not at all.
I recommend CPR to anyone having issues with their Mobil devices, desk computers and loptops.

Went in with a phone screen that was not working and bad charging port, and I came back out with a revived brand new phone and I could not be happier with the quality service at this business. Not 5 stars because I waited about 4 hours for the fix, but would rather wait than get a rushed job. Would come here again and highly recommend!

CPR staff were extremely knowledgeable and were able to help me with my issue very quickly. I had researched the problem and had gone in expecting to pay for some moderate repairs to my iPhone which was no longer charging properly. The staff ran me through what the issue was likely to be and what the available repair options were, starting with a basic cleaning. It turned out that this basic cleaning resolved the issue and my phone has been working well for the last few days. The staff could have easily just charged me for the most expensive option and I would have been none-the-wiser, but they took the time to run me through the options and saved me some money in the process. I will not hesitate to visit them again.

I took my phone here after the xfinity store I purchase it didn't care less in helping me. It turned out to a quick fix. Thanks for the help.

A young lady helped me yesterday. She was very helpful. She put a screen saver on my phone. It did not take as long as she estimated. Great service.

I took in my daughter's iPad to check on her (ON button). The staff was amazing on helping me out with the iPad issue. The iPad was ready in just a few days and the prize was extremely reasonable.
I will defiantly be taking all my tech products to them.

You will be attended by a very courteous staff very knowledgeable individuals who know what they're talking about and weill go out of their way to communicate with you and to let you know if your device is worth repairing or should you just invest in new one they are very honest and will compare prices for you

Teir communication is great and they'll keep you updated on how you're the vice is and what other issues need fixing and what might be is able to be left alone or future problems things you can get upgraded the awesome all these things they'll let you know for a price it's fair it's fair for a price
They also have a lot of phone accessories and refurbished gadgets of their own too for sale all three stores in the North east and south all are three great locations with great service.

Had troubles with my phone, was on the last leg, took it here and they fixed in no time, love this places has always been reliable I definitely suggest that if you have a problem with electronics they can fix it

Dropped off an iPad to get a broken charger removed, they had it fixed and back to me within no time. Very friendly and helpful

I went in to CPR due to my son's ipad not working. Screen wouldn't accept touch and home button wasnt working. I was helped quickly and even though I was out of warranty for a few days they fixed my ipad right up and didnt charge me. Great way to keep a customer happy and loyal

I had to do this i took my 2 Iphone XR to replace the LCD screen on both the service was great friendly and their work it’s just PROFECIONAL i would recommend this place to get your phone’s fix.keep up the good work

I went to CPR to have an invisible shield put on my phone.
Karlo the employee quoted me about 30 min.
When I came back the shield was out on to a professional standard.
It looks very nice and he told me it was on the house

They were AWESOME! My phone kept shutting off and they kept working on it. My finger print was causing it. No charge.are you kidding me? Love them. Can't recommend them enough. Saved me from buying new phone. YEA. LOVED THEM.

It was great. My grandson said his ipad was freezing up. CPR tested it and said they couldn't find anything wrong with it. They gave it back with no charge. I think that shows great integrity on their part. I will always use them in the future.

They were able to get my sim card out of my samsung galaxy after it got stuck. Price was only $25.
