Liza did a great job teaching her class! She brought a lot of fun and humor to the class - which I find is pretty rare. She also ensured that I felt comfortable and was having a good time. The CPR Center's facility is very clean and the rest of the staff are welcoming. I highly recommend!

I highly recommend this place to do your CPR certification and/or re-certification, especially with Instructor Liza Trinidad! This was my first time taking a BLS renewal course outside of known organization and I am glad that I did. I learned about this course through the American Heart Association CPR Course Locator, thus it is accredited (yes, this was one of my main concerns). Liza was a wonderful instructor who incorporated real life experience/stories to make the materials easy to understand and remember, as well as uses various teaching techniques that nurtures all types of learning styles (e.g. Kinesthetic, verbal, and visual within the demonstration and instructions). Liza also has a sense of humor which had made my experience of taking a 2 hours class entertaining compared to my past experiences with CPR certification classes. 10/10 would take this class again!

I loved Liza! First cpr class that wasn’t boring. It was very interactive. She awnsers all your questions, and is a very engaging instructor. She was very accommodating and super sweet! The experience of getting your CPR and First Aid certification takes quite long but Liza was great in terms of communication and being on top of what she says will get done. She cares about her clients and makes sure their needs are fulfilled. I highly recommend her for anyone trying to get their CPR and First Aid certification.

We have Liza as our instructor for long time. I can’t even remember exactly how many years, but fir sure more than 10 years. And I know we are not changing instructor to anyone else as long as she continues to be a instructor. All our clinicians love to attend her class. She makes CPR class so fun, informative and impressive. We love Liza!

Glad I found this CPR Center. I have renewed my BLS and ACLS two times at this CPR Center. I was hesitating to come to this CPR center at the first time. Liza was my instructor for the BLS renewal course. It was interesting and professional through the whole training courses. Another reason that keeps me continuing come to her CPR Center is because she provides the most updated training information and scenarios during the training courses.

The Facility was great with an amazing instructor. Liza helped me tremendously understand how CPR is detrimental to a person’s situation especially within the few minutes of a stressful event. The instructions were very clear from verbal to skills applied to the mannequins. I highly recommend taking this CPR class especially with Liza!

I cant say enough about liza as CPR instructor. She’s funny and helps you to understand. I have been renewing my CPR with Liza over 15 years. I always recommend her to my coworkers and they all loved her Classes and we keep coming back to her because I know liza will teach most lates updates.

My experience with Liza has been amazing. From the moment I contacted her with some questions and up until the moment she emailed my Basic Life Support certification, Liza was tremendously helpful. Not only does she go out of her way to accommodate you and your schedule, she is extremely knowledgeable in the course material. While providing easy-to-understand instructions, Liza made the material fun and applicable to the students.

This was my very first CPR, so I was little nervous at first not knowing what to expect. The instructor, Liza, was knowledgeable, friendly and she'll make you feel relaxed and comfortable. Her teaching was direct and simple to understand. The office was very nice, and you'll forget that you were in a CPR classs. I would highly recommend her to anyone who needs to take a CPR class!
