Therran Robinson is an excellent instructor! His class was straight forward and he answered any and all questions. He is EXTREMELY knowledgeable and caring! Started my Saturday morning off nice! Mase waking up a little early on Saturday morning worth it!

This class was exceptional. It was just going to be a renewal course for me. However, the instructor was engaging and brought the class together with humor and challenging teachings.

Where do I begin, I picked this class because of the exceptional reviews but my experience was awful. I signed up for a 9AM class and when I got there the instructor was not prepared. He told us that he forgot to bring the mannequins and could not certify us without the hands on portion being completed. He then said we could come back at 6: 40PM to finish the rest of our class or request for a refund. He also made us take the test. I decided I would come back that night to complete the class. I got there and waited for 30 min with another woman from the class and the instructor never showed up. I called costumer services and they told me to go home and they would resolve the issue in the morning. It is 1PM and nothing has been resolved. I call and they send me to voicemail. I requested a refund and crickets on their end.

I reached out to South Bay CPR and told them what happened to me and they were so kind and set up a time ASAP for me and the other woman. We got our cards the minute we finished the class. GO TO SOUTH BAY CPR it’s a small business and super informative.
