Restaurant Crab Pub reviews
14Was a little disappointed they were out of blue crabs, but I quickly forgot about it when I tried the dungeness crab instead. Prices are a little on the high side, but the food is pretty tasty.
Bought food for my neighbors as a surprise because I want them to enjoy a nice meal. The food was costly and that was my decision, but when the bad the manager provided me broke and the food was partly ruined my heart broke. When I spoke to him about the bag he said he didn't care and will not help me. I can't believe people like him are allowed to exist in this world. But then again there are people like me doing good deeds for others, and people like him who don't care about anybody but himself. Lost my business.
My go to place when me and my friends crave for Seafood. Very good price and taste is just as good!
If you eat in, it's an okay place with upwards in price deals. If you order out, just be careful. If the bag the manager provides breaks he will not replace anything. He is a greedy foreigner that doesn't admit his own flaws with humility. My food was ruined when the bag he gave me broke and he said he doesn't care. Not a place I want to spent my money. My family, friends, or relatives will advise going to the locations in the area. The other seafood restaurants are courteous and the food quality is just as good if not better.
Food was good. Just expect market prices to be expensive. Service was slow at first until I spoke up they became more attentive. Over good eats.
Ordered the shrimp PoBoy & clam chowder. It was very disappointing. The breading on the shrimp was quite mushy. The French fries were mushy and undercooked. The chowder was the worst I’ve had, watery & not creamy consistency, potatoes were slightly raw, the clam flavor was just bad. Spend your money better than we did.
Why are there panko crumbs all over everything?
You gotta prepare people for that.
It’s not good. Shrimp should be golden when fried.
And the fried catfish looks like burned fish sticks.
The flavor is missing.
The presentation is missing.
I have never had unsalvageable shrimp or catfish.
Suggestion: stop serving that spicy cocktail sauce. It’s not good. Tastes like hot bbq sauce
Ordered extra sauce online, drove halfway across town just to find out you HAVE to purchase seafood in order to get the extra sauce. Didn’t try to offer it for my convenience or anything….
Food is delicious. If you're ordering spicy, be prepared for some good seasoning. Service is good and usually fast. I really enjoy the music played here too.
I ordered from here and although the customer service was excellent unfortunately the food was less than desirable. The sauce was a muddy texture with just spice. The garlic bread was excellent.
Always delicious we have a tradition on coming once a month because the gm food is better than the other locations and service is AMAZING! Ben always helps us and is very helpful.
We just had very delicious crab legs. What's even more outstanding was the service! JD our waiter, was so friendly, happy, and seemed to really be having fun! The whole staff stopped by our table every five minutes to check on us, and seem to really enjoy their jobs. If you're craving this is the place!
Nicki told me I needed to leave her restaurant because my child spilled their drink on her floor… don’t waste your time or money here smhhh!
Ben & Pala was amazing with customer service, the environment setting was great, the playlist beyond good and last but joy least the food highly recommend this spot!:)
