We were in CA at Disneyland.left to drive back to Utah and make it 30 mins before the 2019 expedition overheated. Got in google to find a mechanic and Craig had great reviews.we called him and he told us what to do to get it over to him. He went to work right away. He even gave the kids snacks and drinks while we waited. Found out that the radiator hose clamp had broken. He started searching for replacements right away. He tried his hardest to get us back on the road ASAP but unfortunately parts took longer to get to him than anticipate.he had us back on the road by 1 the next day! He even looked up any potential issues with our car and gave us all the paperwork to have it fixed should it arise. He even coed in with us to make sure everything was going good on the way hone! I sure wish he was closer to Salt Lake! Thanks Craig

Craig Johnson Automotive has been servicing my vehicle for 13 years. I like that when checking my vehicle Craig tells me what should be done now and what will probably be needed in the future. He provides me with a loaner vehicle. He test drives my vehicle before I pick it up. The one problem I had is he installed new parts in my coolant system. I took my vehicle back due to a leak. The problem was a new part was defective. He replaced that part and a couple more at no charge. The problem was not due to the repair. Craig stands behind his repairs, is competent and trustworthy. I am very satisfied with the service he provides.
