Crawdads on the River, Sacramento CA

I was there to celebrate my 66th birthday and I love the place I love the atmosphere sitting next to the river was awesome

View is good, nachos were ok, burger and chicken sandwich can get little soggy. Fish and chips were good.

Food, service and atmosphere were incredible! We live in Oregon so we won’t be back for a while but we sure have recommended to friends and family in the area.

Parking here was awful and a very poorly set up lot. We came here with high hopes because this place used to be very good but I left very disappointed. We ordered calamari and it was okay but pretty bland, we had to cover it in more salt and pepper. Next we ordered the crawdad boil for $35 and was told it fed 4. Service was great and our waitress was super nice and visited our table often plus we didn’t wait long for food. When the boil got to our table we were shocked it was supposed to feed four. Everyone agreed that our drinks were flat and that nothing in the boil had any flavor and it only came with two pieces of corn and very undercooked potatoes. We payed our $75 check and then went to a different place to eat because we all left there starving. Good service but overall you are charged $75 for a tasteless snack at best.

Very great atmosphere. Great place to dock at with your boat or jetski. On the weekends They charge docking your boat with a 2 hour limit. But it's worth the money because they help You get unloaded and situated to the dock. The menu is extremely small in my experience, and the portions of food are very small but the food is good. Great views of the river.

Whitney our server very attentive, pleasent. Lot of hustle young lady. Fish & chips, ahi nachos all good. Good ice tea!

Great location! Right on the river. Recommend wearing flat shoes as there are alot of stairs and ramps to negotiate going to and fro.
We got the salmon and it was good.

Had a couple of drinks and an appetizer sitting on the outside deck everything was fine The waitress wasn't overwhelming and the food and drinks were great would recommend this place to anybody

This place cools be a gem but is so horribly mismanaged it's not worth a visit. I could live with super over priced drinks IF it was well run otherwise. Do not fall for trying to see a band there - go to Swabbies or Opera House In Roseville. Ridiculous process for getting in even if you prepay on Eventbrite. Almost no tables and clueless about who they let in; where they serve food. Could give more details but this place but not worth the effort. When I asked to politely talk with the manager I was told "I don't seem him but he's got on a red shirt ". Really?

A restaurant on the river bank, beautiful view, a wide variety of delicious dishes at very affordable prices

This was awesome! Misters spraying cool water next to the outdoor deck was keeping me comfortable while I enjoyed watching so many different kinds of boats go passed. I got the calamari which included fried very thin lemon slices! I haven't had calamari so good before. I met some new people and everyone was very relaxed and upbeat

Great spot on the river. Lots of activity with boats coming and going right next to your table.

Super fun! Bartenders are friendly and location is very relaxing during the day - super busy on nights and weekends.

Great lunch date with my Wife on the river! Our first time and definitely not our last. Mocktails were great for my expecting Wife. Cocktail was great for me. Very cool to see the boats going down the river. They had misters on the help fight the heat. Music was great. Even had some boats dock right at the restaurant. We WILL be back.

A beautiful setting on the river. Service is generally terrible. Food is ok. On a weekend evening be prepared for a lot of very intoxicated boaters coming in.

Our Waitress was so Amazing! So attentive, we didn't have to call her over to request anything!

The fish tacos were great. The chioppino was ok. The music was LOUD! It was nice on the river but would not go back.

Came to the restaurant for the first time expecting a good outdoor experience. I ordered my food and only received half of what ordered. I was told many times that my food you come out soon but waited over 40 minutes to only not have my food come at all. Then I was told my food got served to another table and the waitress said, we can give you a new meal and that I would have to wait longer. Service could be a lot better here.
