Crazy Otto's Diner Valencia

Service was lousy. No service at all. Server sat there in front of us eating a piece of bacon. She didn't clean the table off to seat us. She stood there conversating. Went to another restaurant called Eggs n Things much better service.

First time at this particular location. Had half a turkey sandwich with fries, paid $12.95. Hubby had breakfast complete with biscuits and gravy. He was quite happy. Value for the money, just wasn't there in my opinion. Maybe because I avoided the large portion food choices, it seemed that way. My half sandwich looked pretty sad on the plate, it tasted okay and the skinny fries were cold, (not even a pickle slice to compliment the sad ensemble). I will say they were extremely busy and our server did well.

Gina and Amanda were the best. Great service. Great checking on our 8 party table. They had great recommendations and they made sure our coffees were full, waters were full… and they kept checking on us even after the food was served. 10/10 recommend. They also gave me a free to go box because the portions were huge!

This place is the best breakfast I have ever had. The pancakes were fluffy and HUGE. I had the eggs Benedict and hash browns. Don't believe all of the 4 start picky people ratings. This place got it right

Good biscuits but didn't like the sausage at all. Other than that it was really just average

The acoustics were bad. So loud that you couldn't speak without talking loud. Good food and lots of choices. Service was amazing.

This is a great place if you like large portions but the food is mediocre. We went there for breakfast and the potatoes were pretty bland. The ham steak was a little salty for my taste. The bacon was great and so is the sausage

The service was terrible, had to ask for things 2 and 3 times. The kitchen was slower than death, will not return.

Not as good as Lancaster or Canyon Country locations. Tried it more than once. It's ok somewhat.

First time trying this location. I ordered hashbrowns, biscuits/gravy, eggs over easy and cornbeef hash with coffee. Everything was prepared perfectly. I thought the gravy was average and probably won't order them again. Food portions were plentiful. The Staff was friendly but not attentive. They didn't ask me if I wanted a refill on my coffee or how my meal was. I will return but not on a regular basis.

You will not leave hungry or disappointed. The food is great and huge. Been eating there for years and will for many more.

We stumbled upon this diner while staying across the street at our hotel. I must say we were shocked by the portions! The prices were a bit high for breakfast but again the amount of food they prepared for us was a lot! The only thing we did not care for was the sausage but everything else was so good! The service was great and it was a quiet and comfortable diner to eat at. I would recommend this 1000 times more the the Dennys across the street. Check out Crazy Ottos Diner you won't regret it!

I called in a pickup order Ilof the prime rib breakfast with french fries they had put hash browns there was no horseradish sauce and the meat was not seasoned.when dining in the restaurant the plate came with au jus and horseradish.
I had asked for two sides of ranch for the other two orders which was not added.
I have had better experiences at the Canyon Country and Lancaster locations.

Great place to get a good-sized breakfast and maybe take some home for leftover the Patty was pretty big, and I couldn't believe that my order came with biscuits and gravy

The person who took my order is one of the most beautiful women I have ever seen. Besides that everything was good: my special order taken right and prepared right, tasted good, swift service, good coffee. Felt at home.

The food was really good and the service was very attentive. I went during the week and it was not too busy.
I ordered something I've never seen before " crab meat and mushroom omelett" crab meat was buttery and a little sweat, I thought it was pretty good it definetly tasted better than it sounded. I would go back.

The food was edible, but certainly not something to enjoy. Had the philly cheesesteak and grilled cheese. Fries were cold. Cheese steak was bland with a roll that was like a too-big stale generic-brand hot dog bun that was barely grilled to warm on the crust only. The grilled cheese didn't even melt the two slices of American cheese all the way and they just tossed it in the griddle with no butter/oil. And given that it's Crazy Otto's, we expected to at least have it on Texas toast since the price for it was ridiculous, but nope. The person who brought it out just dropped it and took off without asking if we needed anything (which we did). This was our second visit to a Crazy Otto's (the first was when they first opened in Canyon Country), and we still feel the same way we felt the first time: stupid wasteful serving sizes for half the menu, overpriced, and really not very good food. I don't feel the need to try a third time.
