Crazy Rock'n Sushi reviews
34Youre customer service is suck especially that server guy named keith u told me 35 minutes and my order is ready it took me 1: 15 minutes before I got my order and it’s incomplete not anymore not gonna order to this place again.
Sushi is really good, place is super small. I got 4 different rolls and every one was super good.
I’ve ordered from here a couple times and it has never disappointed, but today was an off day. Order a roll wrapped in cucumber and I couldn’t eat it because the cucumber was SO SOUR. They should take the time to check their food quality.
I’m shocked to say this, but I would not recommend coming here. I love this chain but not this location. Their customer service was terrible. The person who handed us the food was rude for no reason. Our order was placed online and they made errors to a few things. This store definitely needs to work on their customer service if they plan on keeping their customers.
Great service! And food is so good! You really cant go wrong with what you get here. It also has a nice atmosphere inside. Great place to frequent when outside opens back up!
Food was okay I didn’t like the cream cheese inside of sushi. The orange chicken was terrible thought I was gonna get rice with it. I feel it was over priced wish they would have given me more ginger since I spent over 50.00 bucks on food. I would not recommend this place because of quality of food and being over priced. Thank you
Nice environment and super friendly service. The menu was crisp and delicious. Will easily recommend this place to friends and family. Reasonable prices and big portions. Keep it up.
Service was really slow, food okay. Overall nothing really stood out to make me want to go back. Oh and would the owner please buy a damn wine opener! I had to watch a waiter struggle to open a wine bottle for about 6 mins because they dont have an adequate wine bottle opener
The sushi is super high quality, the rolls are spectacular, and the atmosphere is great! If you're a salmon lover, the salmon avocado rolls are perfect for you!
This lively Korean-owned sushi bar is the best in the area. There are many unique rolls to choose from, along with an extensive and creative baked sushi roll selection for picky eaters. It's the only place where my husband can get a decent chirashi bowl. The restroom was also very nice. Kudos to the owners and employees.
Great variety if sushi found here. I wish they had more authentic sushi on the menu but it is nevertheless amazing. There is always a waiting so reach ahead in time.
So good and tasty
Service is average. Only 2 servers for all of restaurant. But food is amazing and perfectly fried tempura.
If in the mood for sushi, this is the place to go. Sushi is really good here. I'd recommend baked salmon roll.
This had been our spot to eat great sushi and sake bombs. We really never tried sashimi but they have the best sashimi in town. I recommend you to try this restaurant.
Regular customer always great food and great service. Today my server Hannah wasn't attentive which sucks because it's really a great place
Good and average!
Limited on some of the items I asked about like no fresh wasabi no option to upgrade the rolls to real lump crab meat instead of imitation crab for the rolls
One of the best places to get sushi in Gardena and South Bay! I love all their veggie rolls and their edamame. Service is great and friendly, too. Check it out.
Food quality has definitely gone down since we started going there when it first opened. Also staff isn't as attentive to customer service as before.
The best sushi I’ve ever had. Prices are a tad bit on the higher side, but totally worth it for great food and service.
