Been taking my boys for ice cream religiously every Sunday for the past 2-3 months here after swimming however the staff shifts around a bit and sadly if I could’ve given zero stars today I definitely would’ve…. In no way am I being prejudice and I absolutely comprehend different cultures have to abide by different “rules” so to say but I just don’t understand why personal hygiene is not enforced especially when serving foods to the public I walked in today and almost gagged from the horrible body odor from a man’s underarm the whole place smelled of it my stomach is still pretty upset honestly I’m a bit repelled and don’t think I’ll be back sadly…. Sucks my kids really look forward to their Sunday ice creams here guess we’ll be looking for a new family favorite ice cream establishment now. This shouldn’t be a place of employment that allows a lack of personal hygiene when directly dealing with foods etc very disturbing figured I’d share my experience be weary guys

I love that this chain has some dairy free options but find it bizarre that when you walk in to order one of the dairy free options the server tells you it's at least a 10 minute wait, likely more, because the ice cream is too hard to scoop. No Thanks.

Their cookies and especially their ice cream are EXQUISITE! Decadent, balanced, and so so fun!

Recently catered the dessert at a family event and it was one of the highlights of the event! The people were super friendly and responsive too. I will definitely work with CREAM to cater dessert for a future event again!

This ice cream place is really good, excellent customer service and their ice cream taste amazing. Always packed here.

The servers are really nice and helpful. We ordered a chocolate milkshake, it was nicely thick and sweet. The scoop of peanut butter ice-cream that I had ordered lacked the quintessential rich, nutty flavor.

We were craving for ice cream at 10: 30 and found this hidden gem in Cupertino which closes at 11 ️.
I’d two scoops waffle of Green tea topped with Walnut Banana. Lovvvvvved it.

Their cookie sandwiches and brownies sandwiches are delicious! The brownies were very good and fresh! The double chocolate chip cookie is good too! I tried the salted caramel in a sandwich, great combination! Their vanilla is good too!
Staff is very hard working!

Really glad I paid $8.50 for an old, rock hard cookie that’s half the size of what’s shown on the website. Is this what a post-inflation full sized cookie looks like?

The ice cream was quite good. They have decent options for toppings. The place opens till 11pm. Loved the crispy marshmallow topping. Butter pecan is my goto flavor

The lady over there wasn’t helpful at all and we ended up buying 2 scoops (hot fudge is a joke) for 10$
