I get that using liquid nitrogen for your ice cream as a cool concept. However, the flavor is ok, and you are paying more of a premium for ok ice cream chilled with it.

I guess it's worth trying out, the inside vibe reminds me of a lab with the big steel gadgets and pans, and the huge tank of liquid nitrogen. But it makes sense, hence the name Cremistry.

Please don't support this business, let me tell u about this manager, she's mean very mean like you guys have no idea what she put my friend through while she was an employee, she literally would yell at her and was very mean didn't even pay her the minimum. Also my friend is literally the most naive hardworking person I know, they had goals and needed money and this manager made it so hard for them. The manager is honestly that one manager you would hate to work for. I hope that her behavior has changed but from what I heard it hasn't and if you read this manager please for the love of God don't take this out on your employees, please learn to be better! Learn to be a team leader don't be quick to yell at them most of them are teens trying to figure out their lives and they don't need that added stress. I hope you can reflect upon your words and actions and I hope you do better. I usually don't ever write these kinds of reviews but the countless amount of times I've seen that friend cry bc of you and how unfairly you treated them is honestly not right. No human being deserves that! I hope you learn from this and do the right thing.

HORRIBLE! Do not come here. It took us 40 minutes to get our ice cream because the workers are so slow and do not care about the customers. I have a very serious tree nut allergy and they did not take it seriously at all. I asked for a fresh scoop and they gave me sass for asking, then didn't even do it. They also put the wrong ingredients in my ice cream (which had things I couldn't eat due to my allergy), making it inedible. I am very disappointed and sad I wasted $20 on two ice creams I could not even eat.

Today tuesday april 5 at 8: 30 visit this place it is super poorly organized they overcharged us they did not give us a receipt bad attitude from finite to mind they lost a client

Overpriced 3 scoops of ice cream for $13 very expensive 1st and last time I will be going to this ice cream shop also service is very slow if you like to over pay for ice cream and like to wait about 30 minutes for them to make it this is the place for you this is Eastvale not downtown LA lower your prices and you might get more business

We came here on a Sunday afternoon. We didn't realize that a guy named Mario brought 84 kids here and ordered them all ice cream. It was madness. However, the kids behind the counter didn't quit. They worked their butts off and got all of us our orders. Great job, crew. We appreciate your efforts.

Went there at 8pm because it opens at 5pm, Pretty late if you ask me. When we got there it was kinda dark but nobody inside like we waited all day for nothing, my sister went in and nobody answered and it was opened like why? I don't recommend if you gonna keep it closed.

Complete disappointment.
Stopped in to try out the place since I had never had it before. What a mistake. My family and I were waiting for over 30 mins. Three people who ordered after us received their orders before us, and when I raised the issue with the dismissive staff their reply was. "Oh.really? "
Overpriced trash ice cream and terrible service. Never again.

My husband and I went here cause they had vegan options. We mentioned it was our first time here and we wanted to try a vegan version. The guy who took our order was friendly but he was being trained by a girl employee, we asked her about suggestions and what vegan flavors they had. She said since the "base was vegan they could do ALL the flavors vegan". When I asked her about vegan toppings she was rude and impatient with us and said she didn't know she wasn't vegan and I should just read the menu. I ignored the attitude and we picked a coconut base with a cheesecake flavor. Honestly it was the most plain vanilla ice cream I've ever had and after two bites I noticed there were actual cheesecake bites in the ice cream. My husband and I just threw it away. If you're going to work in a place that advertises vegan options as an employee it should go without saying they should be informed on what they're selling. Never going back, would not and will not recommend.

Very cool place.great ice cream. I think this Maria Chavez lady is a bit too involved. The young people working there are adults, not kids. I would hate for my mom to call my employer to inquire about why I was fired. Quite embarrassing. Let's let these "kids" work hard and speak up for themselves. Now let me go get another scoop!

My first experience with this place. I enjoyed watching them make the ice cream more than I liked the ice cream itself.

I would not recommend. The idea is cool, but the result is nothing extraordinary. Especially considering what you pay for it. We waited forever because of the whole process and the people behind us were getting their orders first. I've had plenty of better ice cream elsewhere! With faster service, cheaper prices, and bigger servings.

Many allergy friendly and vegan options. Check their allergy menu online before coming in to narrow down your choices. Ice cream making is a fantastic show with the cold mist flowing off the counter. Very clean and polite, helpful staff. So many choices!

First time at a Creamistry and this is my last. It’s a cool idea making the ice cream with Nitro in front of you but the process takes forever! There was 1 employee when we got there, took our order, 10 minutes later another employee walks in and starts working. 20 minutes later and the person who was in front of us order was ready. It was taking 10 minutes just to make 1 ice cream. Keep in mind we are standing since there is no dine in so no chairs. 10 minutes later my friend gets her ice cream, then the employee asks me if I was was waiting for an ice cream and I told her I was. She apologized as they were making ice cream for the people who came after me. I requested my money back and gave me cash back. I didn’t get the tip I had paid back but with all that to make just 1 ice cream, they can have it. Not worth the wait for an expensive ice cream.

The owner is the worst! Parents don't let your kids work there! She keeps the the kids tips, micromanages them by watching her store cameras 24/7, and lacks proper management, training and communication skills! I mean they are KIDS learning to work! She held my daughters check for 4 days after letting her go and refused to have an educated adult conversation with me regarding pay and the distribution of tips. Which based on her reaction towards me im 100% sure she pockets. Kids and parents beware of this THIEF!

I have a friend Nate who works here and he’s a good employee! Very friendly:) would go back again:)
