I haven't been there just yet, but I called and the customer service rep was a bit rude. Not sure if that's the way the company runs.
From what I got, you need a referral to join their agency. That may be a bit difficult for someone who knows absolutely no one in the industry and really trying to make it. Thought getting an agent would help.a place where my talent can be seen and appreciated and develop. But I guess not with them, or at least not now.

I contacted them and they lady that was on the phone hung up in my face.so I give 1 star for poor customer service.

It was such a professional experience and pleasant atmosphere. To have an agency to recognize your talents and is interesting in helping develop your gift is amazing.

The only thing CAA is capable of doing is stealing clients from other agencies. That is it. They do not know how to recognize talent. And they are in the middle of at least 74 lawsuits with former clients who they have not paid. - Former Agent
