2The staff were very helpful and the prices were awesome. My phone's screen protector started coming up and cricket tried to charge $30 to get a replacement because it didn't start coming up within 7 days. Ridiculous. Decided to try this place and they offered to replace it for half the price. It was put on excellently with no bubbles and the employee put it on in less than a minute.
By boyfriend took my labtop in for a cracked screen. I waited a week because the screen had to be ordered the first screen was ordered wrong!
I get it back & the entire key board don’t work!
My labtop is used for work purposes so he immediately took it back but it’s not a
priority to them. We’ve called server times saying “they’re busy” they’ll call us when they get to it.
Unprofessional like we are bugging them. The key board not working should have been priority since it happened and their possession.
Still waiting on my labtop ….
