Credit Karma drop my Transunion credit score by 58pts and a week ago my Equifax score was dropped by 46pts for no reason. I been trying to reach someone for an explanation for over a week and customer service is non-existent?

There appears to be NO WAY to contact this company by phone. I am trying to close the account of a deceased person, and I am not receiving replies to letters and there are no working phone numbers posted anywhere that I can find.

The scores are wrong just costed me a refinancing the app say 663 the loan company runs my credit an gets 642 to low for refinancing. Can't call anyone what a worthless company to have

Terrible can’t even get ahold of a person. They used my account to look up loans and ran my credit a few times without asking

I just started using this app. I like it but I wouldn't say its perfect. Its helped me a lot but the only issue I had was with the cars. I guess they tried but I'll keep looking.

Credit Karma said it filed my taxes but didn't! Moreover I found out from the IRS after calling them to find out why I hadn't received my refund!
Don't use this scam business! They will steal your identity information!

One of my payments from a month ago is Not listed. I not sure if I'll be using credit Karma soon, I tried to apply for a vehicle and they said, credit Karma was not accurate. Hmmmm.thank-u but I'm leaving my options open. Please respond CKarma

Had nothing but problems for a year now trying to get help. Thought you guys were supposed to tell me my credit score? I waited to get an experian letter supporting my info so I know the address that IS registered under my credit. I was right! SERIOUSLY A WAIST OF TIME IF IT WONT EXCEPT YOUR NINE DIGIT SOCIAL!

I am not able to even log in as I get an error message stating too many redirects occurred through any browser or their app. It is totally useless and their support doesn’t know how to fix it. I have tried for months. My ISP Owner even called them and told them how to fix it and still they did nothing.

I have begged for 2 years to drop my old account, which btw I have told you every month that it has been hacked and you still choose to leave it going. You opt to give all my information go to these hackers and I believe it is time for legal help on my part. I do want it connected to my present gmail though. Ball is in your court.

Total waste of my time, after filling out all my info it just sends me to a third party site wanting me to sign up! What a joke this company is.

FICO score is totally different the score credit karma has not sure how it is helpful to see something that isn’t accurate!

I've been using Credit Karma for over a year now. I do not do my taxes with it but I do have an account and can monitor my credit score, and last night I was at Walmart and they asked me to fill out a credit application on a $70 purchase and said they would give me $35 off if I qualified for the card.

It It sounded like a good deal so I filled out the application. Within 2 hours I had an email from Credit Karma saying that someone had checked my score and they wanted to let me know. That can be really valuable especially if someone else tried to apply for a credit card in your name it would be nice to know before they go rack it up a million dollars in bills under Your Name.
