Creekside Gardens Apartments, Vacaville CA

I would not recomend any unit owned by FPI management as I have lived at two and they are a greedy. The grounds are not kept well, dying grass, cobwebs everywhere, barely growing plants trying to cover up all the dirt everywhere. On top of that, the trash valet is not consistent, we had times where the trash was not taken out for a few days but we get charged the same no matter what. What was the most unreasonable was that we were charged for cleaning the apartment after we left even though the inspector said the unit was very clean and great so even though we left the unit the same level of cleanlisness as when we moved in, they charged us anyways. And even though they did the inspection 2 days before we ended the lease, they did not tell us what else we needed to clean which we had the time to do. Furthermore, they tried to charge us for wear and tear paint touch ups even though legally they cannot charge for wear and tear. Shady people, greedy, cheapest paint job in the world in evey apartment.

Shout out to Sam for fixing our kitchen light in a timely manner. More power to him and the whole Creekside Gardens Team.

Very nice and comfortable apartment complex. Been living where for 3 years now and have had no issues with management or maintenance. Everyone has been responsive to our needs. Highly recommend living here!

Had a water tank leak and was fixed/replace as soon as I put in the work order. Awesome people, awesome maintenance team. These guys care about the tenants for sure.

I’m a new resident at Creekside and I needed maintenance to handle an issue and the my knocked it out immediately. Excellent work.
