Creekside Inn Downtown - Cambria

Stayed for one night to take a break from driving. You'll definitely want to ask for a creekside facing room and balcony if you are a nature/peace lover. This place is relaxing and comfy. For the price, it was clean, quiet and overall good for the money. Yes it's not right on the coastal beaches, but not many people there (stay off season), and it fit well for what I was looking for.

Perfect. The creek behind was so peaceful, especially with the chorus of frogs. We left the balcony door open overnight for the sound. Rooms very clean, bed was so cozy. Quiet area surrounded by cute businesses. Would absolutely stay again.

There were only 2 full size towels in the shower and they were such terrible quality that mine began to tear when I dried myself. It was just look.

Refused to allow service animal. Keep on telling me that my animal was emotional support. I explained the difference but overall rude. Cancelled reservation and will go to an establishment that is welcome to people with disabilities.

I have stayed here twice now and I believe it is my new regular hotel to stay at in Cambria! Very relaxing stay and my son and wife and I loved walking into town for dining and shopping. Loved getting up in the early AM and enjoying some coffee while overlooking the creek from our balcony, actually got to see some deer in the morning. I come to Cambria to relax at least 4 times a year and this last visit was wonderful, we usually stay at moonstone beach and pay a lot more but I loved the experience of walking into downtown with my family and driving to the beach to take a walk over there.

My kids are hotel spoiled and I was very nervous when I booked this Inn (last minute trip). Come to find out that This inn is a gem. It was presentable, clean and newly remodeled, Samantha was a great host, price was wonderful compared to others in the area. Walkable to downtown Cambria and short drive to Hearst Castle. My family and I sleep well and was comfortable.

Absolutely gorgeous little inn, everything is SPOTLESS and the beds are very comfortable. We’re very picky and loved it here. The renovations are very new too!

Nicely decorated and clean. Walking distance to stores, restaurants and coffee places. Very quiet. Loved our visit.

Pros:
Great location.
Newly renovated rooms.
Clean rooms.
Very calm and great nature views from the patio.

Cons:
Bathrooms needs more work and renovation.
Very low shower water pressure.
Bed is too plush and causes back pain.

We came orignilay just wanting to stay one night, but after five minutes we decided we needed to stay longer! Samantha at the front desk was amazing, se is so nice and helpful! The place is newly renovated and it is way more than a two star hotel! It's a small town, so nice if you need a quiet place to stay for a few day if you are on a long roadtrip like I were.

Next door is a cat shelter and since I am a crazy cat lady it was super nice to go say hi, cuddle som cats and talk to the nice people at HART.

Nice restaurants not far from the hotel and lots of antique and specialty stores in the same area/street.

A beautiful place to stay. The room was newly renovated. Samantha took care of our stay. We will definitely stay there again at our next visit.

Ok, i'll admit im not a small inn kind of person, but now I am! This place was super clean and comfortable. Samantha at front desk was great. You're only a short walk to middle of town for shops and restaurants. This place has had a complete remodel and it was done well. I'll be back when its a bit dryer.

Clean rooms very friendly staff for a great price. Within walking distance of restaurants and shops. Samantha was very helpful and friendly.

The remodel is beautiful, more then I expected! Very comfortable and cozy, and walking distance to the small town of Cambria
