Been a patient here for over a year. Staff is always very friendly, responsive and helpful. My new doctor, Dr. Charles Shang has been great.

Creekside Medical Group is under new management and is awesome! The new Doctor is amazing and very personable, and the Nurse Practitioner Jenny Brown really knows her stuff and she takes very good care of me.

I'm not surprise to read all these one star reviews! I was trying to reach their Walnut Creek office which is where they made my appt for neuropathy testing for August 4th. I tried to call to cancel but no one answered, rather rolled me to voicemail which was full and not taking any more calls.l called back again and spoke to Brandon asking him to cancel my appt.for 9: 45. I had a heavy crackling connection and he seemed unprepared for my the questions I wanted answers to. Like what is your company name, something I couldn't get from my first two calls. I have a feeling they gave me this wrong number and Company name purposely. These reviews listed here are 5yrs old and nothing since. It is 8/2022! Watch out. This experience started with calling in after seeing a TV commercial for FREE neuropathy testing. There are just too many ted flags for me and this is just a few examples. Too many red flags for me.

I drove an hour to pick up a piece of paper from the office. And showed up during lunch. No one could give me 1 minute if time to get the paper. So I waited an hour in my truck with two babies in the heat. Till feed time was over

If i could give this office negative 2 stars i would. My first visit was for a simple physical so I could get authorized to return to work. The doctor I called for wasn’t there, and the other doctor wasn’t either so they had a random NP see me. She then proceeded to prescribe me anxiety medicine and anti depressants for my lack of sleep and subsequently the office billed my insurance more money because at that point it was “no longer a physical”. I paid the co pay, and went back for a referral to a physical therapist. Saw another random doctor for 2 mins, and was told I should be seeing a PT in a week. Called 6 weeks later once i wasn’t in pain anymore to find out they forgot to forward me the Physical Therapists info.

They are scam artists, pill pushers, and don’t know what they are doing in that office. Please don’t waste your time.
