Called in a hour before saying i would like a tour she said okay! I drive a whole 45 minutes in the rain and i have to wait because a sign says closed till 1: 30 mind you i got here at 1: 02 waited till the 45 and no one showed up BEYOND MAD.

Do not enter today.

It's been 3 weeks since the incident.

I several emails that have communicated the importance of the matters in hand. Today is my son's birthday and because this is his second home, as of today, it is unsafe and unstable for him to enter due this matter.

The management team ultimately is responsible for communicating to the maintenance team, water team and those at the corporate office.

Since February of 2020, I shared and expressed my concern. The last 3 months were already unacceptable but the last 3 weeks alarming.

2 weeks after I reported incident, you finally acknowledge and know what happen but yet won't answer emails or address safety.

How am I supposed to be believe and trust anyone coming in to the apartment?

I lived here for 5 years and it was a great experience so far. Office management is nice and environment is always clean.

This place was okay at first but we had very noisy neighbors whom were also smokers. Management reached out to them but they continued to be a disturbance to us. The real reason for my review is what happened when it came time to move out of our apartment. My fiancé and I moved out a day early and spent 4 hours deep cleaning, and I mean scrubbing walls, floors, etc.leaving it clean and fresh. Africa who works at the front later called us and mentioned how clean our apartment was and told us we would for sure be getting our deposit back. She told us we should be receiving a check in the mail within the next couple of days. When we received mail we did not receive a check, yet were flabbergasted when we opened a letter saying we needed to pay $586.66 for paint and cigarette smoke treatment. We were sure they had mixed up our apartments since neither my fiancé nor I had ever touched a cigarette our whole lives. We wrote a letter and attached video/picture evidence of our clean apartment and reminded them that our upstairs neighbors were smokers. A few days later we received a response saying that they reviewed our evidence and even though we’ve never smoked we have to pay for the cigarette smoke treatment? This makes absolute zero sense and we are very angry. How could we be responsible for something like this? Mind you, when we left our apartment it smelled like lavender as I used my favorite cleaning product and it NEVER smelled like smoke inside our apartment, even when we were residing there. They will cheat you out of your money and find any excuse to make you pay. We wouldn’t be mad if it was $100 or $200 for paint but $586.66 for a smoke smell that we DID NOT create is absurd. Please save yourself the headache and pass on this place. We were a very quiet couple and were always friendly with neighbors and staff. I am so disappointed with this company/complex and how they have treated us upon move-out. It was truly unexpected.

I feel like this place needs an updated and honest review.

We just moved in within the last month and if I had let the reviews keep me away I would have missed out on a wonderful little gem!

The grounds are very well kept, they are out there every single day, even in a heatwave working on them, trash is always taken care of, and I don’t see anything going on that resembles any of the previous descriptions.

The neighbors are amazing, I have had so many neighbors offer to help me carry furniture or stop and say hi to my dog. Its so welcoming!

Again, we just moved in but so far it’s been above and beyond anything I expected!

My only thought.fence in the area in the back for a dog run, that would make for some happy doggos!
