Creekside Village Senior Apartments, Sacramento CA

Moved my aunt in not too long ago. We were skeptical at first but we needed to find a place quickly. We took a chance and had a few issues with old management however my aunt has expressed that with the recent management change, there have been a lot of improvements and she is happy to be here!

This wasn’t the worst experience I’ve ever had… it was the best! If I could give it 10 stars I would! The workers are so sweet and so polite and hardworking! Need something? They got it! Have a problem with anything in the apartment? It’s been handled yesterday type fast! If I’m gonna be honest here, my family and I aren’t planning on going anywhere. Stop by and check it out because it’s definitely worth it

Iam sorry I that i moved here. Had I known that it was like this I would have kept looking. I have been to other senior living communities, and I get so disillusioned and saddened when I have to come back here. Iam afraid to park in my designated spot now because of the vandalism, the fifth in the apartment building, the smoking of Marijuana and other drugs makes me sick, because it comes through the vents. Not to mention the noise from all the children and young adults period. I can go on and on, but iam sure there are other tenants that will be responding to this survey.

After four emails, my concerns were addressed. That simply too long for such a semi minor request.

The drawer in my kitchen he was put in wrong I need to put in order for it to be fixed correctly cuz if I pull it out everything's going to fall out so it was done wrong.

Mohamed is the greatest he responded right away to my maintenance issue even though it was on a weekend he was kind, courteous and very professional hats off to Mr Mohamed.
