Brad's knowledge of HOAs is also top notch, and he has extensive experience working with relocation companies (in our case, AiRES). His partner Blake took the photos and social media presence to a new level. This team is just awesome and I highly recommend them.

Brad is a great realtor, that shares his experience with you as you purchase a home. I had never been on the market for a home before and felt uneasy with the whole thing. Brad and Blake really step it up by being patient and diligent. On our first day with home presentations Brad showed us 5 homes and no less than that on a consistent basis. He would take us out at least one or twice a week and never pushed us into a purchase. They are phenomenal and I highly recommend them.

Bradley was of a tremendous help to me in the purchase of my house in Lancaster, California. At the time I was in the east coast and relied on his knowledge of the place, experience on his job, his proactive communication. He visited the houses I was interested on and video all, section by section, and made all available for me and I communicated concerns I had. I was able to do all through DocuSign. I am happy with my purchase, he made all seem so easy and I feel it was because of all his work.

He also had good referrals on a handyman/painter, as well as a carpet guy; both of which were very affordable and did good work. Investing in the property to have it ready for show helped us sell fast. We had a full-priced offer less than a week after listing (surprising given the market and the holiday season).

Of course, the work is never finished until close of escrow. Brad did a great job tracking the sell process of the home, and when numerous challenges arose he stayed on top of things to ensure the sell would complete. I greatly appreciate having him in my corner.
