I live out of state. I had this company do the cremation for my husband/partner. They were quick to take the money. But after that, absolutely 1000% poor service. I paid for ten copies of the death certificates and 40 days later I keep getting the run around. I have nothing. First they told me, we sent the certificate and the Post Office may have lost them. After going after them for a second item for the urn that it was suppose to take 1-2 weeks, I had to call them to inquired 3.5 weeks later and they still had not information.
After I talked to them I got the item 3 days later.
They told me they are gonna reorder the copies of the death certificates and is gonna take another 1.5-2 weeks more, meanwhile, I have to deal with emails and phones calls because everybody what’s a copy for he death certificate and I have nothing to give them. This people has contributed to my anxiety levels to be at 100% with poor or little reciprocation from them. Not very great ful for what they continue to put me through. I paid for ten copies, they telling me NO. I only paid for 5. My CC says something different. Don’t use this people. I don’t think Omar and Juan can understand other peoples lost.
