Dr. Martello and staff made time for my cat when he urgently needed to be seen, then took excellent care of him.

Dr Mark at crescent animal hospital is the best! I've met a couple veterinarians in this area and he is number one. He gave me a really good deal to save my Lucy and I love him forever he's the best thank you Dr Mark Lucy loves you too. Oh yes and staff just the atmosphere was excellent and they made me feel very secure and safe, even my Lucy was glad to go to the doctor. Amazing service all the way around. My daughter is very low income and we asked if they had any type of services to spay her cat.he said it was $65 for a fee for the vet. Then the fee for the spay.the receptionist was very short and matter-of-factly not sympathetic at all. People hear low income and think begging. But trying to do the right thing by Spaying or cat

Very compassionate team Dr Mark always takes time to explain everything to you. I feel very comfortable taking my dog here and would not take him anywhere else.

I just called this medical center for advice as I am traveling from Washington to California going camping. I was looking for any specific care that I needed for my 2 dogs before arriving such as Heartworm, tick issues, et cetera. Before I could even finish asking my question, I was rudely interrupted and told they are not accepting new clients outside of Crescent City area. I would never use these guys even if i ever moved to area as i found this very unprofessional

Always great experiences. My dogs treatment was explained clearly as well as her after care. I feel my dogs are loved and very well cared for during their visits.

Doc thoroughly explains everything and is very knowledgeable and helpful.
Him and Tobias performed a very laborious cesarean on my Posie and kept me updated with phone calls throughout. When I arrived I could see Tobias’s shirt covered in sweat. I could tell how much effort they put into my dog and puppies. I offered a tip and he said no thank you I am happy to help.
I then got phone calls to check in for a few days. It is a breath of fresh air to find a facility like crescent animal medical center.

Called upon their clinic opening in the morning to euthanize a suffering pet. They receptionist took my number and said she would call me back “in a few”. She did not call me back all day and my pet suffered all day as a result. Very uncaring and unprofessional!

I only wish I had found this vet sooner. So totally committed to his patients and so communicative and compassionate with their owners too. Thank you, Dr. Martello and staff.
