Location was excellent but a very noisy campground. The amenities are nice. The office closes early and opens late. The goats are interesting to look at. The dog park is nice but the grass is very long and difficult to walk through.

This was the nicest RV park that we've stayed at during our trip. The sites were good size, facilities very nice and clean, walking paths in the woods and friendly staff.

Even though a fire hit part of the campground, they have done a wonderful job accommodating guests to beautiful campsites. I was in a tent, not a cabin, although I recommend both! It's very beautiful, the location is perfect between Crescent City and Brookings. I've been coming here for about 10 years!

Great location but I wouldn’t stay here again. Two bathrooms in the park and one was out of order. That meant two toilets for the men in the entire park. The power receptacles in the bathroom didn’t work either. The cable service was horrible and the Wi-Fi was too (although out of fairness Wi-Fi is horrible at most all RV parks). Never a sign of a camp host or someone to greet you. Over the years I’ve come to expect better from KOA. There are lots of other RV parks close by that I will stay at next time.

I have been traveling for a month now and mainly staying at places I find for free. I tried another camp ground but it was too overcrowded so I left early. I really enjoyed this spot and taking a shower was fantastic! I was very annoyed to see the unattended bad behaved children. Leaving trash in the bathroom, bathroom covered in tp one night and a kid riding into trash cans. WATCH YOUR KIDS. It’s unreal how delusional parents are. It is not staffs job to pick up after your rude kids. But even with that I loved the campground and staff was super friendly! It was my first time at a KOA and I would love to try new locations

Great location, but I wouldn't stay here again. Half of the campground is now closed and there are people running chainsaws all day long felling trees throughout the wooded area of the campground. The second bathroom location is closed, so there's only one functioning bathroom.

It's a shame, I stayed here about a year ago and it was excellent, but the place seems to have gone downhill rather quickly.

Loved staying here years ago. My kids still talk about how much fun they had in the cabin! Planning on another trip there soon!

This place was amazing! My family visits several times per year for years. We are here for my daughters 16th birthday and apparently there is a new owner and they have destroyed the park they have take out most of the redwood trees. They are taking them down to sell the wood not even for expansion! People come here for the red woods we will not be back! So many wonderful family memories here. It is heart breaking!

My friends you stay here not my property, unless you are a movie director that already stayed safety on my property while doing movie night reviews at Crescent City Theater

Great staff, clean bathroom and showers and full services. Sites are a bit tight but typical of KOA. Surrounded by redwoods and super convenient to Crescent City and Jedediah Smith Redwoods SP. WiFi is really poor though.

We were here for 4 nights given a campsite suitable for only one night stay. No room to set up any type of camp not even awning
Saw better sites open and used for one nights. Will never come here again.

Quiet campground. The RV pull through sites are some of the more private sites we’ve stayed at this year (21 RV parks since September). We stayed here three weeks and we loved it. Lots of redwood trees on the property. The area coastline is beautiful. We will stay here again if we ever travel up or down Rt. 101 again.

Great spot, nice people, good for kids. Centrally located. A little hard navigating in the dark. But would stay again for sure.

Nice KOA. Wifi is only available near the entrance. There is a recreation room with 24/7 access. The KOA is close to the scenic drive and parks. Restrooms were clean.

We stayed 10.15.22 hru 10 17.22 with a 44 foot toy hauler fifth wheel. It was very difficult to get into their big rig spots as they have narrow lanes. Ttree limbs need trimming as it caused damage to camper. Site was not level. Electric issues one entire night with no power. Upon arrival office was closed had to wait 45 minutes to check in. Mens Bathroom was closed for over 3 hours for cleaning. On the plus side it is clean and quiet, showers were ok, short shower heads so if your tall it is an issue.

Everything worked out fine, but the 50 amp breaker was wired wrong. Fortunately I have a 30 amp adapter and that one worked fine.

Perfect stay to visit the redwood national park love that it's on the outskirts of the city just by a few minutes so you still feel like your in the forest. The cabin and tent camping areas look so amazing since they are tucked in side a little forest area under redwoods. Employees are all super nice bathrooms clean laundry was a good price.

Nice KOA. Julie at the front office was very nice and helpful with recommendations for places to eat.
The campground itself is well kept and large. It has a rec room which isn't much, also has laundry room (I didn't use) and bathrooms and showers. Clean and well kept. Water pressure in the shower was not as good as I like, but it was more than sufficient.

They don’t enforce their quiet policy, and inconsiderate people run their generators all night. If you want quiet, don’t stay here.

I stayed at KOA’s all the time as a kid and now I’m wondering if I was booking my stay with rose colored glasses on. I booked a cabin with a bathroom inside and the cabin itself was fine. It had everything we needed. The reason I took off stars is because of the general atmosphere of the whole site. It seemed to be treated as a hang out spot for the employee/ owner family and friends? It was just weird and awkward. The icing on the cake though is when we were trying to finally enjoy our camp fire after the employees stopped doing construction right next to us…. RATS started running out from under our cabin by our feet. We had to retreat inside before 7 and put our fire out because of the rats.
