Crest Theatre, Sacramento CA

As someone who loves movies and concerts, I'm disappointed that I cannot support a business trying to deliver those to Sacramento. However, upon being faced with the challenges of this pandemic, the Crest Theatre has severely failed its customers.

I purchased tickets prior to the pandemic for a show that has been rescheduled at least three times. According to California Business & Professional Code, if a show is rescheduled, the option for refund must be offered. This has not been done. They have just repeatedly asked their ticket holders to plan their lives around numerous schedule changes. The most recent date is almost two years later than we purchased tickets for.

I would offer more compassion and understanding if there was communication from staff, but messages have gone months unreturned. I have actual filed suit with a court date scheduled for mid-June. If I am successful, which I feel confident I will be as California law is pretty clear on this, I am more than willing to assist others experiencing similar challenges. Just message me.
