This is a review update! The management has changed and has been peaceful since. Management has done a great job dealing with any issues and keeping the building clean and safe. Residents were updated of any important changes and issues in a timely manner. Thank you

I have been living here for 6 month now. The building is maintained very well and always very clean. Great location! Short walk to many restaurants, shops and nightlife. Wonderful roof top deck and gym.

I have lived at crest for about 6 years now, in that time everything has been good. Management is responsive, the building is well maintained and issues are addressed in an expedited manner.

My partner and I have lived here for just about three years. We very much enjoy how quiet the environment is here in the building and how well-maintained it is.our little Chihuahua thinks it’s the great place to be.

I've been living here since 2015 & even though there has been ups & down especially by different owners & managements sara our current manager has been improving our apartment, & we even do have a security camera set up, our building is pet friendly & great for families with children & the only noise you would hear is footsteps above you cause thats every apartment building that has more than 1 floor but other than that it's mostly thick walls as in you wont be bothered by music, chattering & our neighbors are friendly. We have a rooftop that has a grill & a firepit it's really great for get together, bbqs & more, we do have a gym it's small but still good. We are close to everything, if you don't drive like me Hillcrest has bus routes everywhere, need to get to an ER but don't want to call an ambulance? We're literally a walking distance from multiple hospitals. There's great places to eat & drink & your even close to grocery stores. I would say definitely give this apartment a chance.

Love it here! The neighbors are respectful. Very clean common areas & maintenance issues addressed quickly. Dogs friendly place.

Was honestly excited about living here but glad it didn’t work out. Sara was horrible with communication. We also got denied because of credit which has LITERALLY NEVER happened. We were shocked.
