The Park is in hood condition. I was able to drive around the area and found everything within 3 mile radius. Schools, churches, markets, autoparts, shops, fast food, gas stations.
The most important I did not see any sign of graffiti anywhere. However, some homeless people on some streets.it's unavoidable.
Overall, Management takes well care of the park and city is safe to reside.
